Our property management company had them come out for our garage door opener remotes not programming properl. they were able to come the next morning between 8-11, the tech was here right at 8. he was very professional and friendly, attempte to program the remotes as well as new ones and when they didn't work he went and got a new garage door opener. he was able to get it installed, made everything look nice and clean with the wiring and cleaned up after the job was done. I would definitely recommend Valley One to others

I had a great experience with Valley One Maintenance! From the first to the second visit, the technicians went above and beyond their duties. Andrew came the first day, fixing a lot of the minor repairs when we moved into our new home. He also helped me to carry my washer/dryer and hook them up. Christopher (Chris) came the second time around, touching up the rest of the paint and chopping a dead tree in the yard down. In addition to our repair requests, Chris also noticed some issues with our water heater and fixed it on sight, tightening up some pipes and going the extra mile. It was a pleasure meeting these two kind, personable, and knowledgeable gentlemen and I will be recommending Valley One to all.

Our experience with Valley One Maintenance has been outstanding from the beginning, with home maintenance repairs and tasks from major (water heater leaks starting to flood garage) to minor (fixing toilet leaks, faucet leaks, repairing wall damage, garage sensors etc.). The service has been excellent from the top down in their company. The owners of the company are hands-on both with their employees and customers (they came to our home to personally help assess the urgent water heater leak debacle), and they are excellent in communicating status updates and following up on their work with a clear dedication to customer satisfaction. Their techs are talented with diverse skills, friendly, great multi-taskers, and are happy with their management (always a good sign). Shout-outs to Andrew and Francisco among others.

Valley One has helped us through a difficult time since we moved into a new rental home that had a large number of failed pre-rental inspection items that were not being addressed in a timely manner until the Valley One team became involved. We hope to continue using their services for all home maintenance issues in the future, and highly recommend them. Great management, great service.

Unprofessional is the best compliment I can offer. A small patch of rug under my bathroom door was sticking up. They told me it was going to take 2 days to fix. On day one they replaced the tack strip, but not before creating a huge mess which they didn't bother to clean up afterwards. Dirt, wood, and pieces of carpet were scattered everywhere on my bathroom floor. I didn't care too much because the rest of the work would be finished later. Still, it was unprofessional, and I should have seen the writing on the wall. We scheduled the follow-up for the following Monday.

I happened to be on vacation during this time. I had family I had not seen in a while visiting me, and having to wait at my house for this repair was eating up a huge chunk of my family time. I had to put my plans on hold for that day to be home for the repairs, only for them to cancel about 45 minutes before the scheduled time. Thankfully they had the courtesy to call me and inform me they weren't going to show up. We rescheduled for the following day.

Yet again, I put another huge chunk of my day on hold for this repair. 15 minutes pass, then 30. I finally called an hour after they were supposed to show. Like deja vu, they told me there was another emergency and they can't come today. When asked why they didn't call me about this, they told me they were too busy to call. Now at this point, I no longer wanted to risk my time waiting for these people. Nor did I want to schedule appointments that they will not show up for, or have the courtesy to call if unable to show. I didn't schedule a follow-up.

At this point, I am not angry with the company for wasting my time. I was simply no longer willing to gamble my time with them. They proceed to call me for not wishing to do business with them, and how they were the ones who were in fact going out of their way to accommodate me. This was not a pleasant phone call, as the person on the other line was extremely rude with how she spoke to me.

This company's lack of professionalism is my warning to everyone who is thinking of hiring this company. Perhaps they are somewhat decent at their job, but whether or not you want to gamble your time with them as I have, I leave up to you.
