uh oh. clogged commode in the master bath on a thursday night. pulled out all our tricks but no go (for sure). knew that if we couldn't get someone out the next day, we'd have to wait over the weekend. on a recommendation, called alan after hours and left a message that i'd be calling him in the morning. early the next day, he answered my call while on a job and actually apologized for not getting back to me first. he did some schedule juggling and within 2 hours, he was at our door. fast, friendly, fixed. what's not to like?? he will definitely be my first-choice plumber from now on...

We recently returned from a vacation with a note on the door from Santa Rosa Water that our meter was running excessively.. We called them to discover our bill was now around $500. We asked our neighbor for a recommendation and they suggested Valley of the Moon Plumbing. 707-800-2043. Alan was at our house within a half an hour. I had just returned from eye surgery with my wife and her surgery did not go well. Alan was at the residence and we had to leave. Although he had not discovered the leak yet he estimated a maximum of $300. Because of our uncertainty I said I authorize up to $500. We returned almost 2 hours later. He discovered the leak after searching everywhere under the house. To my surprise he said he fixed it and the bill was half his maximum estimate. What a relief Alan will now be our go to plumber.
