We recently returned from a vacation with a note on the door from Santa Rosa Water that our meter was running excessively.. We called them to discover our bill was now around $500. We asked our neighbor for a recommendation and they suggested Valley of the Moon Plumbing. 707-800-2043. Alan was at our house within a half an hour. I had just returned from eye surgery with my wife and her surgery did not go well. Alan was at the residence and we had to leave. Although he had not discovered the leak yet he estimated a maximum of $300. Because of our uncertainty I said I authorize up to $500. We returned almost 2 hours later. He discovered the leak after searching everywhere under the house. To my surprise he said he fixed it and the bill was half his maximum estimate. What a relief Alan will now be our go to plumber.

Alan diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and returned in two business days to make the repair. We could not be more impressed or more pleased with his service. We had Valley of the Moon Plumbing replace our water heater using our home warranty. Alan and his business partner showed up on time for both the estimate and the job. They removed the old water heater and installed the new one all within a few hours. Also our master bath sink had a clog and they unclogged it for no charge while they were there. I could not have expected any better service. I would use them again.
