We realized our pool had a leak so we called a company that was recommended but they couldn't come out for over a month. We then called Jeff at Valley Leak & he came out the next day. It wasn't an easy leak to find but Jeff persisted & got the leak fixed for a very reasonable sum. We'd recommend him to others.

Greg was able to come out the same day and helped me out big time with a temporary fix for the leak underneath my pool equipment pad. Plus, his quote to permanently fix the leak was definitely the best I received. However, due to extreme root infestation under the pool equipment pad, I thought it might be a better long-term solution to replace the entire equipment pad along with the plumbing underneath. Even though that is not a service they offer, Greg agreed with my assessment and put me in contact with someone who specializes in pad replacement and they turned out to be amazing as well. I know my 30 year old pool will be needing their services again in the coming years and Valley Leak Detection will be the only company I call.

Awesome!!!! Great service. Fair pricing. Fixed my leak same day!! He came over quickly and was able to find the leak. Also fixed a couple other things that were wrong with our pool. He also showed me different parts of my equipment that I wasn't sure what they did. So thankful for them!!!

I normally don't write reviews but these guys are truly exceptional. While digging to plant something I found water next to my pool. I turned the auto fill off to find out the pool water was dropping quite fast. I researched and found the franchise leak detection firm. I left a message on their website and called. I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Thankfully, a colleague recommended Valley Leak Detection. Jeff called me and gave me a price over the phone. He insisted that I don't get a bill until I am satisfied that they fixed the leak. We scheduled an appointment and he came out on time. He pressure tested the pipes and confirmed they were sound. Then traced and found a leak from the pool wall (not properly sealed around pipe). I monitored using a bucket as suggested and found that the pool was dropping at twice the rate as the water in the bucket. Jeff's brother Greg came out the second time and found a second leak from the pool wall, similar as before. I continued monitoring and still there was additional drop in the pool than the bucket but at a slower rate. Greg came out again and this time he had to dive in. He found a third leak at the pool bottom drain pod. That was it. Problem solved. The bill was very reasonable give that it took three visits and a dive in. I highly recommend these guys to trace and fix any water leak. I am now waiting for my next water bill to find out what me real water consumption is. This most likely goes back many years and my pool contractor, not to be named, most likely were not having their best day when they were putting the pebble tec.

Jeff was a consummate professional and gave me some great advice on my pool. He discovered the leak in under 20mins and remedied it that same day. His approach of standing behind his work in the best! He wouldn't take a penny from me until he could prove that the leak was repaired.

We called Valley Leak because the company that redid our pool recommended them. First of all, we had a small leak and we could not determine whether or not it was the skimmer leaking or the pipes from the pool equipment. He determined within 15 minutes that it was not the pool equipment, however he decided it was the skimmer and put putty on the inside of the skimmer as best he could. He left and never called us to find out if it was still leaking or if it was ok. He charged us $350 to come out. It is still leaking and me being an honest person sent him a check for the $350. I wish I hadn't. Never heard from this guy again. I would not recommend him nor would I ever call him back.

After a little difficulty getting them to come out, they proved worth the wait. We'd had leaky pool problems over the past couple of years and tried 2 or 3 other companies with varying degrees of satisfaction, but Valley Leak Detection seemed the most successful in finding and fixing the problem. We tried a leak detection company two years ago. Had a less than good experience and did not find my pool leak.

We were loosing over 300 gallons per day and are on a well. That explained why it was impossible to balance the chemicals in the pool.

Our pool service referred us to Valley Leak Detection, Greg Smith.

He was busy but when he came out, he wasted no time in isolating a 2"" pipe that had the leak. He was meticulous in trying to locate the leak, under the concrete pool deck. Bulls-eye! He drilled right on top of the cracked 45 connector. Now, all we have is a standard skimmer cover in the concrete pool deck, instead of a mismatched patch job.

We have recommended VLD to everyone we know with a pool leak.

Wow! I very seldom write Yelp reviews, however I felt it was the right thing to do for this awesome business. After dealing with another pool leak company for over a year, that still wasn't able to fix my pool leak. I finally called Valley Leak Detection referred by my very pleased neighbor. Greg did an amazing job finding my pool leak, effectively/efficiently repairing it & patching my concrete for a perfect match. This business deserves a WOW RATING!!!
