Greg nailed it! And it wasn't easy! He worked tirelessly and had the leaks in my hot tub pegged to within a few inches. When we found additional leaks and realized the complexity of the work required to fix them, he even had a great recommendation for a contractor to do the repair work. Leak detection seems to be a tricky business as leaks can be very tough and expensive to find. My pool was leaking about 2 inches of water a day. Jeff came out the day after I called and over the course of a week verified the leak, checked the pool equipment, did a pressure check on the discharge plumbing, checked and sealed the light fixture conduit, drained the pool, pressure checked the intake plumbing, and discovered the leak in the drain/pump intake at the bottom of the pool. He fixed the leak for a very reasonable sum. I refilled the pool and the water level remains constant. Jeff is a gentleman who does thorough and professional work. If a friend had a leak in his pool, I would recommend Valley Leak Detection to find and fix it.

Greg was able to come out the same day and helped me out big time with a temporary fix for the leak underneath my pool equipment pad. Plus, his quote to permanently fix the leak was definitely the best I received. However, due to extreme root infestation under the pool equipment pad, I thought it might be a better long-term solution to replace the entire equipment pad along with the plumbing underneath. Even though that is not a service they offer, Greg agreed with my assessment and put me in contact with someone who specializes in pad replacement and they turned out to be amazing as well. I know my 30 year old pool will be needing their services again in the coming years and Valley Leak Detection will be the only company I call.
