5 stars across the board! We will 100% use them again for septic pumping (and recommend to others). Scheduling septic pumping was a breeze. They do have an extensive online form to fill out for first time customers, but it makes sense so they have all information upfront. I got a call back quickly and was put on the schedule quickly as well. The reps who came were super professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Their thoroughness was so much so that they found a bunch of tools at the bottom of our tank! I guess that sometimes happens when a septic is pumped for the first time. One of the reps just had me get a garbage bag and show him where our trash bin was, and he handled the rest - it was really above and beyond! They also advised me on timing for our next pump, which was helpful. I will be calling them again when we are due for pumping again - truly a seamless experience all around. I have been using Valley Isle Pumping for some years now and I always find them to be professional and friendly. They get me scheduled quickly. The drivers/pump guys are great. My most recent driver, Chris, was so personable and knowledgeable about septic systems. He was awesome! It is the people that make all the difference, and that's why I choose to work with them. Valley Isle Pumping was at the hotel I worked at today and had no consideration for the surrounding cars near the workspack. They sprayed sewage on the side of my car while I was in it (they had me blocked in) and I overheard them say too bad the car shouldnt be parked so close. I didnt confront them because I was blocked in and didnt want to start drama at my work place. Shame on these workers.

We made 3 attempts at scheduling service but were unsuccessful. First left a message that was never returned. Then called at 5:15 pm and a lady answered and told us to call the next day. Then left another message. Again no response. We then decided to call Akamai Pumping. One message left, received a call back next morning at 7:45 AM and our septic tank was empty at 10:00 AM. Not posting this to be malicious. I am sure their service is fine (if you can get it). I do want the owner to know about lost business and his less than enthusiastic staff.

Excellent service. Our septic tank backed up, into the house, into rooms in which we had houseguests, at 10:30 PM. That's so not aloha. I called the 24-hour number and the woman who answered was kind and understanding (remember, I called after 10:30 PM). She said she would call me back in the morning with a time for the pump truck. Not only did she do that, but called several additional times to keep me updated on when the truck would arrive and what to expect. When the truck arrived (on time) the driver was friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. He even endured my sometimes-lame questions about ""So, what's that mean?"" and ""What's that do?"" He was done in around 90 minutes, and except for cleaning up the interior (not VIP's job, call ServPro, but that's a separate review) we were done and good to go, (#1 or #2!). The whole thing was resolved in less than 24 hours. Props team, props. And thanks for handling in such a professional and competent manner.

My review is just a heads up I have been with you folks for awhile maybe two years had great service but it really was a disappointment that you couldn't or just didn't want to help me. Didn't give me options just sounded like you Sorry done for the day. Maybe it was but I found someone else thank you for that. You folks are good just maybe better customer service with scheduling pumps. You always helped me in the past. I would have done emergency pump even for the extra cost just to have it done on the day I wanted. They are a good company but maybe just to busy for a little understanding since we have been with you for two years.

Just used their services July 24 2018. Very friendly staff and technician. Daniel worked quickly and effortlessly . Called on Monday and had my appointment Tuesday. They had no trouble finding my house and we are off the beaten path. I would recommend them to anyone and was recommended by a friend who had also used their services.

Valley Isle Pumping is a great company to work with. I use them on a monthly basis at the mall I run with 100% satisfaction in the services they provide. Their customer service is unbeatable. We are also in the middle of purchasing a home and they helped do the cesspool inspection plus find the potential site for a septic system. Answered all my question and then some. Also when you need them these guys are there within the hour. Can't beat this company ..5 stars.
