Ok, so how accurate are these reviews? We can tell you they are SPOT ON. Yesterday (Sunday afternoon) we called Joe and he was here within the hour. After spending time and $, we still had a clogged toilet so 1 call to Joe was all it took. If only we had called Joe first! Joe was our true SUPERMAN yesterday. First of all this guy charged us as thou it was NOT urgent or a Sunday, and we all know how important that is. Joe did an awesome thorough job unclogging everything, was very personable, dog friendly, and the price couldn't be more perfect. We're telling you this guy is your PERFECT PLUMBING PICK.

Had a problem with our plumbing at 9PM. Called Joe at Valley Drain Works and so happy I did. Not only did he come out and snake out the main drain that was causing water to over flow up through the drains in my home, but he did it after hours and without raking me over the coals with a after hours huge price tag. When he arrived he was so courteous and got to work right away. I hope I never need a plumber in the middle of the night again but if I do I know without a doubt that Valley Drain Works is the only company I will ever call, day or night. Honest, professional, courteous, and definitely affordable. His prices are so beyond reasonable. Good to know that there are people out there still who are wiling to be decent and available to those in need. Thanks Joe. I wish your business great success.

Superstar service!

I called these guys to help me out for a rental property I own near Valencia.
I was far, and needed someone trustworthy to go to my property without me. A man named Joe helped me and out and assured me everything would be safe and secure without my presence. I really couldn't explain what need done other than ""uhhh...my drain is clogged.""

He showed up and called me an hour later and advised he cleared the main line and repaired the garbage disposal (which I forgot about).

He allowed me to drive to him he next day and pay.
5 star for getting me out of a jam...and taking this on without robbing me blind.
