We had issues with our kitchen sink being clogged up, as well as a lack of hot water in the bathroom.
Well, Darren showed up in less than an hour, and took care of both issues in less than two.
What's more, his price was more than reasonable. . . Honestly less than half of what we were expecting.
Do yourself a favor, and call this honest and valuable plumber. You won't regret it.

I contacted Darren through the Yelp app in panic mode after discovering a leak in my basement. As a new homeowner I didn't know what plumbing issues I was facing. But after sending some pictures along with my request for a bid he was the first business to reply & tell me he was available the first thing in the morning. I was impressed! Darren arrived, assessed the situation and...guess what? The situation wasn't as bad as I thought. He saved me money! Woohoo! What kind of plumber does that - one you can trust. Darren even fixed a shower handle that he discovered was not working properly. Guess who I am calling next time my home has plumbing issues? That's right....Valley Drain. I've used Darren for my plumbing needs for many years now. He is always prompt, friendly, and does excellent work. He is very honest, If something needs to be replaced, he tells you that. Sometimes he makes suggestions about doing other things(besides replacing something) that will save you money. I highly recommend Valley Drain.

I used this company but never got around to posting my complaint ran across the receipt and we'll here goes I called valley drain because my sewer line was clogged I called they came opened or Un clogged drain was charged 125.00 for their time we'll about 3 months later it got clogged again so it appears that valley drain did not do a good job.


I then called someone who was recommended by my niece and to this day have had no problems and I was only charged half the amount of what valley drain charged and the job was done right...so I would not recommend valley drain did a bad job and I would say over charged ( just being nice) and because in order to post i need to enter a star to indicate a rating but in my opinion valley drain deserves no star...just saying

Clogged my sink on a Sunday. I spent an hour trying to plunge it and finally gave up. Called and a plumber was here in 20 min. Had my sink done promptly and was very professional and pleasant. I know I wouldn't be on a Sunday afternoon. I highly recommend this company. And the best part is it was under $100. On a Sunday. Anytime I need a plumber I know who to call.
