We experienced water coming up in the floor of our master bedroom shower and our regular plumber was unable to come and help us out and suggested we call Valley... That was the best phone call ever and they were up within minutes to help us....within 15 minutes it was over and done... No mess... They took care of everything and we were very pleased with how very reasonable, clean & professional they were.....GREAT JOB!

Martin is the real deal. He gets down to business. Came over quick after the call, cleared our drain and talked me out of other stuff I thought we needed. Rate was competitive. He isn't super talkative or a glossy sales guy, he just gets it done. He explained that based on our old cast iron pipes there really is nothing else to do but run a cutter through them every one or two years and me running a tiny snake through is why I kept getting clogs, you need to run the big ol' cutter that is the diameter of the pipe.

Martin is in big demand and I almost hate to recommend him for fear he'll be too busy to help me out again. He is always my first call.

I own apartments and when I discovered Valley Construction all of a sudden I noticed that I didn't need to keep calling the plumber back every few months. He has the equipment and expertise to solve issues that other plumbers just pretend to fix.

He has to be ""efficient"" with phone time because he is so busy, but he's an honest, professional plumber who won't smile and coddle you while he's ripping you off. Forget the bedside manner - call a pro if you want results.

We've been having plumbing issues for over a year and keep being told to do this or that by other plumbers, none of which are actually fixing the problem. I got referred to Martin at Valley Sewer & Drain today, told by another plumber we need to hydro jet the line and he's the best hydro jetter in the area. Though he's never worked with us before, he took the time to review the video of our lines and patiently explained that hydro jetting the lines was just a band-aid. He felt like he would be stealing our money if he actually did that, since it wouldn't fix the bigger problem. He was able to see in the video which three other plumbing companies had also reviewed and not told us, what would fix the problem. Yet to come to see how it all turns out, but I was very thankful for how honest and helpful he was when it meant no business for him. Thanks, Martin.
