Yesterday we came home from a trip and turned on our AC and were not happy to hear the sound of silence! Since I was throwing a party today, time was of the essence. Peter and his co-worker arrived this morning and in an hour's time had diagnosed the faulty thermostat, installed another, and has us feeling cool air again. The guys were professional and kind and we were very pleased.

Valley Air is an excellent company. Simon has been a pleasure to deal with and is very trustworthy.

We've had several jobs done in the last few years. We had our HVAC system replaced with an upgrade to add our garage. We also had our home thermally balanced by adding additional ducts to the warmer parts of our home.

Our 20-year-old evaporative cooling system broke down and Simon recommended we repair it instead of replacing it, saving us thousands of dollars.

We recently added an evaporative cooling system to our barn.
Simon was great in his assessment of these projects. He is technically astute when sizing up the scope of the job and the type of system needed. Valley Air employees are very well trained, polite, and professional. They call before they come, arrive on time, and complete the work as scheduled.

I would highly recommend Valley Air for your HVAC (cooling) needs.

Excellent service and Albert was pretty cool too. Got a great qoute to install 2 toilets and scheduling was very easy. After the work was completed Albert just showed me a few concerns regarding the work area but overall he did a fantastic job. I have been very happy with the service from VAR. I have a service agreement with them so they call me before the hot and cold season to make sure my system is ready to go. They found something that needed to be fixed on my mother's unit, when they found out she was quite elderly they scheduled her appointment first thing the next morning!

In May we decided we needed new A/C units replacing 30 year old units. We got estimates from several companies. VAR gave us a estimate, checked in with us and answered all our questions. Simon was great to work with on determining our needs. We got 2 new Trane units and they are wonderful. The installation team was great too. Got the installation done as promised.

Our son has since replaced his unit and we are all very happy. Give VAR a chance to handle your A/C needs. They are excellent.

I've been getting my air conditioner/heater serviced by Valley Air for almost 2 years and they did their best to keep my 30-year old system going but it just gave out a couple months ago. So they just installed a new Trane system that performs even better than I hoped, since I live in a two-story house.
Their service techs were always on time and very professional. I'm happy I went with them and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for regular maintenance or a new unit!
