Valley Air installed our new unit about 7 months ago and did a terrific job. They were responsive, efficient and professional. We purchased their maintenance package for twice a year maintenance of our HVAC units, We are very pleased with the efficiency of the process, the professionalism of the staff, and their expertise and experience. Ryan was our technician and he was very prompt, friendly and skilled. This is really a great, local business, and one that we highly recommend.

I needed a fresh air system and whole house HEPA system installed. Had a good initial meeting but six weeks later I still didn't have a quote. It may be they have a shortage of workers or some other issues beyond their control, but I had no luck trying to get a written quote. I contacted Balanced Comfort Cooling and Heating and had two meetings, my quote, product information and all my questions answered inside of 5 days.

I recently moved to Fresno and purchased a home. I had seen Valley Air Conditioning as a sponsor of the PBS show ""My Job Depends on Ag"" so when I needed my A/C units serviced I called Valley Air. They sent a technician out that was friendly and knowledgeable. He discussed my units with me and was a professional in every way. As luck would have it one of my units went out and needed to be replaced. Once again I called Valley Air Conditioning & Repair and they sent out another friendly and professional salesman to give me a price on a new unit. We agreed on a fair price and with in 3 days two Valley Air employees showed up and installed my new unit. These guys were clean, friendly and professional. My unit was installed the same day (August) and my home is cool again.
I will trust all of my Air conditioning needs to Valley Air Conditioning and Repair. Their staff was well trained and provided outstanding service.
