McKenzie came ready to assess and do the work. He came in full Covid-19 gear and did not let the heat bother him. What was a plus, is his knowledge of plumbing issues with Victorian homes. He spent time with us explaining the issues and proving that the plumbing was working efficiently: great customer service! He cleaned after himself and the area where he performed the work.
Definitely, he is being added to my favorite contact list.

Mackenzie was on time, even early. That is rare these days. The downside is that he left our bathroom in a mess. The bathtub, my shower curtain, the floor and my vanity had nasty black dirt everywhere. Is clean up part of the job? He replaced my faucet and it doesn't work properly (the pop-up stopper won't stay down). I'll have to hire another plumber to come out tomorrow. It cost $425 to replace two bathroom sink valves, a bathroom faucet and to snake one drain.

I just started an air B&B in Vallejo I was out of town and had guests staying for multiple days yesterday my pay toilet went down the garbage disposal and the washer I made several phone calls to different plumbers and the soonest they could come out was 48 hours anyway so you I lucky and found Mckenzie he went out there within less than two hours fixed everything and was in and out quickly my guests at the house were very impressed and happy.
