If working with this individual, pay attention to contract end dates. They will be set a year out from what he says they will be (2022 expectation will be 2023 contract to dodge impatient lawsuits). He will ask for up front funds (down payment for starting work), some work will be done to give you confidence in him, then he will ask to deviate from contract to ""pay for employees"" If you go through with him as your contractor, stand firm on the contract itinerary and payment schedule. Allow no sob story to make you falter. It's that deviation that he leaves you on. Once it happens, it's pretty much silence from him. Only got items that flat out would have gotten him in severe legal trouble left unchecked resolved (ie: not doing roofing, getting asbestos out of the house). Stuck in contract until 2023 currently. Once elapsed, legal matters will be brought in. If others have legal evidence of him doing this, see about bringing it to light.

This person is a scam artist will gain your trust for work start the project when he receives money he will not finish do not hire him he several complaints for the same exact thing .

Anthony did a fantastic job for us. He built a 12x20 deck that included solar light all around the railings and including the steps. This is my favorite place to sit and relax. I would recommend his quality of work and professionalism through out the project to everyone. Thank you Anthony.

Took advantage of my not being able to frequently check up on job. Flood damage. Simple paInt flooring and carpet. After 8 weeks nothing was done. Unable to provide material receipts for flooring and carpet. Total scam. Do not hire.

He's a scam. He doesn't pay his workers. He also admitted that he uses his clients accounts to buy tools and supplies for other jobs.
