I called this person to fix a water heater at our house. His price was a couple grand more than I had expected. After talking with him, I still didn't understand why the cost was approximately $3300 above the price I saw on the internet for the water heater alone.

A second plumber checked out our current unit and discovered that the old heater was actually still OK and only needed some repairs.
