We has an expensive faucet put in our kitchen which always seemed loose - loose to the point that sometimes water did not flow at all. We have had other plumbers come to repair, however repairs did not seem to fix it. Valentine plumbing not only fixed it, the cost to do so was amazingly reasonable!

Excellent service from dispatcher & Halen (tech) on a very busy day due to weather conditions. I couldn't re-light the pilot flame on our water heater and received rapid response from Valentine Plumbing. Such a small job, but they efficiently routed him on return from another job & it was finished within 2 hours of my call! Thanks very much for great service!

My husband contacted Scott Valentine on Saturday to arrange an appointment to come by our house on Monday between 2-4 to fix our clogged sink. At about 10 until 4 on Monday when they hadn't showed yet or called we called the office and were told that that they couldn't make it out today and in fact would not be able to come until Thursday!!

If they were unable to make the appointment they should have notified us immediately so that we could have made other arrangements... that is just common courtesy and what is regarded as professional behavior. It is now after 4:00 pm and of course it is too late in the day to get another plumber to come to our house today. We planned our entire schedule because Scott told us the technician would be here this afternoon.

Scott seemed like a nice guy but unfortunately because he is unprofessional and unreliable I would look elsewhere.

Hire this company for any plumbing needs! They are professional, execute quality work, and help home owners in distress. We cannot day enough positive things about the job they did for us. All new water line, all new sewer, and all new gas line. Everything done right the first time! You will not be disappointed.

8:30pm at night and I had a main sewer line stoppage. Called 2-3 plumbing companies and they were booked for the night and the next day. Received Valentine's on a referral from another plumbing company and I wasn't disappointed. 45 minutes after my call to them, they were here and the stoppage was taken care of in 15-20 minutes. Very professional and reasonable pricing; I will use them again and highly recommend them.
