TL/DR: It has taken them over 9 days to fix an issue that should only take 30 minutes and that's the the most annoying part of their customer service.
My home warranty service sent this company out to fix an issue that I had with my shower valve being broken causing the water to not turn off. After they received the information they never called and I was forced to make contact with the contractor. I was informed that he was ""really busy and had jobs in El Paso"" so he would be unable to even make an appointment until 3 days later on a Friday. When I told him that we really needed the service because the only solution that we currently had was to shut off water to the whole house his response was ""Well, I'm really busy that's the best I can do.""
Fast forward to the appointment day on Friday, a tech was supposed to show up at 8:00. By 11 I had heard nothing, and I had to call him. He tried to give me the same ""I have work in El Paso"" trash but when pushed he said he could maybe get someone out (to an appointment that HE had made). Eventually a tech showed up to do about 10 minutes worth of work and told me that he ""couldn't do more than diagnose and It will probably be Monday before we can do anything."" Monday comes Monday goes, no response from anyone. On Tuesday I called and finally received a response that he was not in the office and would call me as soon as he got to the office so that we could ""get this resolved as soon as possible"". It is now Friday and he is unavailable to be reached and I still have a broken valve in by shower...

Absolutely horrible customer service and punctuality. This company was contracted to solve a leak I had under my sink by my home warranty company and it was the worst repair experience I have ever had. The first time they were suppose to come, they no-showed. It took multiple phone calls to get them to answer to schedule a second appointment for an 'assessment' (no actual fixing). They were late to that by over an hour and a half. They then told me that it would be an easy fix and they would contact me later that evening to schedule a time to come the following day to actually fix the issue. Needless to say, they didn't. When I contacted them, they informed me that they were in the hospital sick and wouldn't be able to come until Friday (no time set). One of the workers called me Friday as I was leaving the house, and when I told him I wasn't able to be there when he wanted to come, here-scheduled me for the following Monday (remember, at this point we are going on two weeks of waiting for repair). Monday rolls around and there is another no-show. I called the owner who blamed me for cancelling on Friday (there was no time set and I would've been available any other time on Friday, except for the one hour period that they happened to call). From there the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I call my home warranty company to get a new contractor only to find out that Shiloh has already reported the issue was resolved and complete to the warranty company. I highly advise anyone wanting a repair done to stay far away from this company.

This plumbing company was sent to me through my Home Warranty service. The techs (young men) that showed up to evaluate my issue were uninformed and basically said they could not help me. I emailed the company about my concerns and received email back that was rude, unprofessional and belittling. I do not know how this company stays in business. I contacted another plumbing company that offered me a solution and acted very professional.

I hired A&J for the installation of a mini-split A/C at our residence. Alex and Orlando showed up on a rainy day and did a fantastic job taking out the old A/C and installing the new. Their work is professional, looks great, they work fast and they cleaned up really well after. On top of that, Alex knocked $46 off the original quote. I will hire them again for any future work. I will add that I contacted three other HVAC companies to get bids for this job and this was the only company that actually cared enough about me, as a customer, to follow through. The others talked a lot, but when it came down to the work, A&J came through for me. Thanks, guys.

Hector picked up the work order for my house and three days later came by to tell me that he doesn't want to do the work after all. This was after the second rescheduling. He said he knew he didnt want to do the work the day before but he just decided it would be ok to have my family wait days in 100° heat to tell me that. I went and bought the parts myself and took a day off work to do repairs myself.
Highly not recommended!!

This outfit bears watching, I have my unit checked twice every year (preventive maintenance) My usual outfit was flooded and couldn't make it for a couple days so I called this outfit. My problem was that sometimes my unit failed to cycle and the fan kept running by itself. I was going on vacation and I wanted to check the unit before I left . 30 minutes later he comes down and tells me(after the fact) that he put in three pounds of Freon and did other checks and presented me with a bill for over $200. I don't think he did anything but I couldn't prove it so I paid him. Three days later the unit started doing the same thing. To make the story short I called my brother (Owner of air conditioner repair outfit in Arizona}, explained the problem to him and right away he told me, change your thermostat that's the culprit, put in a new one and had had no problems since. I will never call this outfit again. BEWARE!

Came to check our heater. Told us it was broke then charged us $65. Didn't even spend 30 mins here. This company are scam artists over charging for parts and labor. beware.

Hector was great and helpful! He came out same day within an hour. Did great work getting my air conditioner working. He had to replace some parts but had everything he needed in his truck. He is friendly, professional and efficient! If I ever need anything again I'll definitely call him. !!

These people are con artists they will try to get over priced parts from out of town charging driving and shipping, these guys are so dishonest they didnt give us an estimate for labor then when they finished they charged us 400$ for labor 125$ for diagnosis they tried to charge an extra 499$ for a part that was 200$ bad business practice dishonest and scummy

So disappointed. If I could give less stars, I would. These guys are not reliable, and do not follow through on their word. The quality of work is poor, and they missed multiple appointments. Will never use them again.
