Just wanted to say how satisfied I was with Valdel plumbing. Steve came out on a Sunday afternoon when I had a powder room flood. He was knowledgeable, professional and gave me all the cost info up front. He finished the repair with no issues and cleaned up. Highly recommend Steve Harris and Valdel plumbing.

Tech came out and I expected to pay a fee for them to do so. I was told 65 bucks (more than average but not by much). After he got here I showed him my WORKING sump pump and mentioned it had been running non stop for a couple says and probably just has a stuck float. He said in addition to the price for showing up I would have to pay a $350 dollar ""service fee"" for him to even start to work on it and then it would go up from there with parts. I asked why so high and he said among other things that he might have to replace the sump pump... a working sump pump. Let me say it again he said he ""might have to potentially replace a working sump pump""... WILD. This is clear price gouging and he is preying on peoples ignorance.

This is a great plumbing company that is our go-to plumber. Last week, we needed a new water heater and the technician, Steve, came out very quickly. We discussed options and costs and even spoke to the co-owner. We received a very fair deal for the installation and upgraded the size and quality of the water heater.Steve had several units on his truck, so within 1.5 hours we had a new heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well as super neat and clean. All is working well one week after the installation.

we needed a new well pump and we were very anxious about the whole process. we didn't know who to call. Luckily for us we found Valdel. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and helpful. They quoted a very reasonable price and delivered as step of the way. Justin was our technician. He is pleasant ,knowledgeable , conscientious, thorough and pays attention to details. Justin is a national treasure. now if anyone asks me if I have a good plumber I can answer yes Valdel. sounds corny but it's all true. Thanks David

Our garbage disposal broke and Valdel sent Jason Hills to replace it. He was very professional and got it done very quickly and we're up and running again. We have been using Valdel for almost 10 years and they're always the best!

We've used Valdel Plumbing for a new hot water heater and laundry sink and power drain. Both installations were done quickly, courteously and professionally. The techs worked with us to ensure everything was the way we wanted it.

Poor communication from the technician led to my dog ingesting sewage and whatever else was scraped out of my main drain lines. I'm being generous giving 1 star, but at least my sewer drain line is clean I guess?

To make a long story short, the technician did a fine job cleaning the sewer drain line, but they then went and (without communicating this to me) dumped all of the junk they vacuumed out of my sewer drain line into my back yard. The next day, my dog was in the backyard and managed to get into the pile and came back in vomiting everywhere. Fortunately, the dog got most of it out of her system fairly quickly and doesn't appear to have any lasting effects, but who knows what she ingested?! What if it had been my kids?

Totally unprofessional of the technician to even think that it's okay to dispose of human waste (and more) in our backyard, and then on top of it, not even communicate it to me. Fortunate for me, I had a camera that verified the actions of this technician so I could at least feel better before accusing them of this.

I certainly can't see myself using this company again as I just can't trust them. I didn't think I needed to ask how the technician was going to dispose of the waste, but that's now on my list of questions for future plumbing work...
