Loved that he showed up with mask and shoes cover inside my house and they were on time within 30 minutes after the call. Worked was simple to change water supplier pipe to the toilet, he has to change to flex line. I think it's little expensive,$145 but work was completed with aftermaths so far.

I saw positive reviews (recent reviews) from others so I decided on Valdel when I had a leak which couldn't be ignored any longer. Our service tech Bill was fair and honest about my options, basically the bare bones on up to what he would do if it were his house. He had others join him to help and I apologize for not getting their names but all of them were great. I would definitely call them again for my next project or emergency repair. Thanks Bill

I've had excellent customer service from Valdel Plumbing twice for two major issues. First I had a leak under my sink and second I had a leak behind my tub. Each time the technician came I received a text message prior with a picture of the technician and a notice that said the technician will show up with a mask and follow the safety guidelines regarding the pandemic. My technician Steven was extremely professional, on time and quick with his work. This company has reliable, fast service with respectable technicians plus they are cheaper then there competitors.

Service was quick. I got charged $220+ to fix a flapper on a toilet ! Overcharged and drained. Please get second opinions and look online for average plumbing costs.

Just had my kitchen drain repaired going into the main stack. Billy arrived before estimated time (which was good), was courteous and got the job done. Plumbing isn't cheap but my feeling is that they are not high priced. They will be my go-to plumber next time.

I'll start this out by saying - as you can see from my picture - that this was the best service technician arriving message I've ever gotten. I loved that they provided me with a photograph of the person arriving, it adds a feeling of safety and security for when I answer my door.

Second, Billy, the plumber who arrived, was pleasant to speak with, reasonable, professional and he did a very good job installing a new toilet in a more challenging space. My house is approaching 85 years old, so things I have found in the world of repair and replacement can be ... interesting.

He was careful to disclose to me all the fun things that could go wrong that would result in a higher cost, he was efficient and thank goodness none of those things were wrong, so we had a new toilet.

I used the Yelp quote service to hire Valdel, and I have to say from start-to-finish they were all responsive, professional and the whole replacement felt effortless.

I would definitely use them again and would recommend to others. Thanks Yelp for pointing them in my direction!

Getting a water heater repaired is like pulling teeth.. I called more than 1 plumber and all they want to do is replace the unit when a simple service call/diagnoses will do. I called these guys cause they were listed on Bradford Whites website. My unit was only 8 year old (installed) and a top of the line direct vent gas 48 gal. unit. It had a problem with the burner going out on a relight when calling for hot water. Valdel came out, was very thorough but told me they couldn't get parts for this unit because of it's age (Bradford-White made in USA??). So they gave me a number of $2300 to replace.. after picking my jaw off the floor, I OK'd it but then did some research (kind of late at that point). The model they gave me was a 2019 model at $1295 on internet. So he charged me $1,000. to install!! That's nuts. They also told me PA code said you need an expansion tank on all water heaters. I Googled that and boilers need one expansion tanks NOT water heaters. I'm not happy, I feel violated. Last time I pick a plumber at random.
