I saw my neighbor using Valdel plumbing on a number of occasions and called them to discuss updating lavatory faucets and installing a utility sink and replacing some valves. Erica was very polite over the phone and Billy came to visit next day. He was clear and patient in discussing considerations for the projects we had in mind. We scheduled a day and he and Jason came out and divided and conquered. They made an efficient team and were professional and considerate throughout. A very pleasant experience overall!

Have a plumbing issue? Call Valdel and ask for Tim. Tim has replaced a bathroom faucet, modified a kitchen faucet, and replaced a toilet at my house. I appreciate that he tries to educate me on his plumbing repairs while he's there. He does great work quickly, is friendly, timely, and I have found the prices for everything to be reasonable. I hope I don't have a plumbing need any time soon, but I know who I'll call if I do!

We had a plumbing emergency Fathers Day morning causing my husband to have to shut down the main. I called Valdel plumbing and they returned my call 7am monday morning. I gave them our address in Yardley and as this was an emergency the person on the line agreed to send someone out as soon as possible, in fact she called me numerous times with updates on when our technician would arrive. At 2pm after confirming our technician was on his way Valdel plumbing called again, this time to inform us that no help would be coming as they just realized we were out of their service area even though their advertising states they serve Bucks county. We wasted another whole day with no water waiting for this company to send the plumber they had agreed to send, now I'm scrambling to find another plumber and will probably spend another day without water. Shame on you Valdel plumbing. I'd give you a 0 if I could

I needed some plumbing work done (shut-off valves and whole house water filter replaced), so I completed the online form on the Valdel website. Within a few hours, Jennifer called and we set-up appointment for the next day. I received a text and email with a name and a picture of the plumber who I could expect.
Steve was on-time, professional and courteous, provided suggestions and quoted the job. He had the time to complete the job right then, under 2 hours later, he was done.
Great experience!
Valdel will definitely be the FIRST call next time I need a plumber.

This is the second time we've used Valdel (and Steve A in particular) for a leak in the last few months.

Steve was awesome yet again in diagnosing our leak - he got here earlier than expected, is professional, courteous and very pleasant to work with and most importantly technically talented. He diagnosed, explained and remediated the plumbing issue in no time.

Like we said when we had our last issue - we would go to Valdel / Steve for any future issues and so glad we stuck to our word.

Billy was amazing! He addressed a complex shower issue in our 70 year old home, with ease! He was timely (a novelty with repair services), he gave me EVERY possible scenario before he did the work so that my husband and I could make an informed decision, and based on him being so thorough- we took a chance (given all of the potential risks) and had Billy take apart our shower faucet to determine what we really needed. To our relief, he was able to get everything done within a couple of hours!

Before Billy, I had the pleasure of getting my questions answered and scheduling done with the incredibly informative and patient team in the office. Thank you Naomi (who followed up after my first inquiry when I was still deciding on which plumbing service I wanted to use), Erica (who ultimately scheduled my service), and Jennifer (for being there on service day to address all of my follow up requests).

I will definitely be using ValDel for all of my plumbing needs!

This was my second time using Valdel Plumbing.
Called Thursday to ask if they could come today (Monday) to check a noise from hall bath toilet.
Steve texted me before arriving to let me know he was on his way and provided a picture of himself in the text.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and told me the cost to repair it.
He cleaned up beautifully and was very thorough in his explanation of the work performed. He also covered his shoes and wore a mask. A very nice and professional young man.
