He has excellent communication skills, professional, friendly and every time we do business we are going to ask specifically for him. Great work.

Valdel Plumbing replaced a supply line to one toilet and the hot and cold cartridges in one faucet. The service technician was competent and pleasant and completed both tasks in about 2 hours. However, the $790 price was egregiously high and I won't be calling them again.

DO NOT use this company!

3 years ago they charged me $4900 to install a new well pump. A month ago it needed to be replaced. Unbelievable, since the previous pump lasted 21 YEARS. Their workmanship was not professional.

I had a new pump and holding tank installed for far less than the $4900 they charged 3 years ago.

They probably saw an opportunity to rip off a senior widow,,,,,how despicable.

We love Valdel Plumbing and have been using them for years for both big and small jobs (hot water heaters, sump pumps, broken pipes, etc.). Today I woke up to a flooded basement. They were out within the hour fixed our leak and replaced our toilet same day. They are honest, have upfront fair pricing, and do quality work. We highly recommend them!

Steve came out and did estimate day of call. Scheduled service and agreed on price. He came on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing a water spigot out back. Would definitely recommend or use these guys again.
