We had an annual service contract with them and they did not show. We had to call them and remind them to come. It was a service we paid for. Then they installed the wrong bladder piece and our system broke in the middle of the winter. They did work around the clock to fix the problem, but they also over charged us. Then the boiler broke again three weeks later! We had to get another company to fix it.

Our mainline broke due to a root from a tree planted over the mainline. Had quotes from two other companies and how they were going to do the repair. Turned both of them down. Val gave us a quote and how they were going to do the repair and their repair plan was much less evasive on the house. Superb communication, timely, good work ethics and does the work as described.
