Highly recommended! I was referred to Val Betti Plumbing from a friend that said they were top notch and he was spot on. From explaining the project to me in layman's terms with a realistic timeline to his competitively priced bid, I knew they were the right company to handle the plumbing for my extensive bathroom remodel project.

On the day of their project, the crew of two plumbers showed up on time and got to work. They were very professional and courteous and walked me through the project. They worked diligently during the entire job, finished on time (7 hours later) and cleaned up. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the work they did. I would use them again in a minute and will recommend them to my family and friends in need of plumbing work.

These guys are great! Whenever I've had any problem with my plumbing or with my heater/gas line, they are the ones to call. They are always on time and get you the best prices they can. They are also very friendly!! And work quickly! It's great to have a local business like them to go to. They can usually get your appointment made within a couple days. If you need an appointment sooner than the one given to you you can ask if they can let you know if there's any cancellations. They'll actually let you know!

Our water heater went out on a weekend. Called Val Betti out the following Monday and Joaquin, the technician came out and replaced the water heater with a few upgrades. We did end up having a clog, he came out yesterday and ran a snake out to the street and made sure all was clear. We tested washer and kitchen sink and dishwasher, everything is running great. Tara Hills is known for having issues with the plumbing due to things like tree roots, etc.

Joaquin is very personable and did a great job for us. My mom is very happy (owner of home) and that is important to me. We will definitely use their services in the future and thank you for giving us our hot water again!

STILL hands down the best plumbers out there. Honest, affordable & timely service. They have run water lines, a gas line for our stove, resealed a leaky toilet and most recently swapped out a water heater in record time (we were headed for the airport!) Usually, when you need a plumber, you need a plumber RIGHT. NOW and these guys show up and get the job done. The other thing I love is that they have tons of experience in commercial buildings, which means they REALLY know their stuff. They are super experienced and affordable. So glad small, honest, family businesses like this still exist and they've expanded their services to Walnut Creek area!

We recently remodeled our house, which included adding a bathroom, relocating our laundry room, and relocating our hot water heater. During the endless search of plumbers, my husband remembered that his parents used Val Betti Plumbing for work needed at their house in El Sobrante. We gave Val Betti Plumbing a call and luckily, they have started to expand their operation out toward the 680 corridor. The work was extremely clean, they work fast, and are very professional making sure that everything is completed to your satisfaction. Top notch service and if anyone is looking for a plumber for any major remodel projects or if you have something small, they do it all and they do it right!

Vince and his team were great - fast, professional, and very courtesous. We had them run a new gas line from the meter to a new cooktop and out to a grill. They also corrected a few safety issues at the furnace. Very happy with the quality of work and timeliness.

I love this company and highly recommend them! They are straight forward, and I never felt like they were trying to take advantage of me since I know nothing about plumbing. The reason I mention this is because I have felt that way calling other plumbing companies.

Val Betti was super professional and cool all the way through. Ryan, showed up on time, and could have told me that I needed to replace my water heater. That was a cost I could not afford at this time.

He checked everything, and replaced a nipple valve and something else which I can't remember now, which cost me very little in comparison a couple hundred dollars instead of a couple thousand dollars.

While he was here he fixed my hot water pressure in the shower faucet, the water heater, and my bathroom sink clog. He was wonderful! The kind of individual you would want in your home. Ryan is very knowledgable, professional, and kind. Val Betti is my plumber from now on, and when I do need to replace my water heater I'll be calling them.
