They responded first to my message for a water heater replacement. The 5 star rating speaks for itself. They arrived on time and replaced the old water heater with new one as described. I was given a few options to choose from prior. For pricing, they will beat anyone in the SFV. Some places would charge up to $2k for a basic 40 gallon swap. Don't bother with that. Give these guys a shot. You will not be disappointed.

I would like to give Vahan the greatest review I can give. Vahan was contacted thru Yelp. He exchanged with me patiently, even when it took me 12 hours to respond while at work. He came on a Saturday morning to give an estimate. He identified the problem, provided a solution and a fair quote. I gave him the green light and later that day he was back and fixed the issue, a faulty pressure regulator and release valve.

We also had a leaking line on a pedestal sink, he fixed it. That wasn't done on Saturday, he came back Sunday morning and fixed it at no charge. Text me before coming, was on time, couldn't ask for more.

We have more projects at the house for Vahan, we look forward to working with him again in the coming weeks. We strongly recommend Vahan.

Oh man, my plumbing problems went from bad to worse in a heartbeat. A simple slow drain turned into a trenches sewer line replacement. Vahan came out snaked the drain to no avail. Got a scope, and we found out there were roots in the sewer line. Come to find out that I had damn near 100 year old clay sewer lines that were well past their expiration date. During this entire process, as costs escalated he was clear and communicative as to the problem, showed me the issues, and got authorization before he proceeded. A simple snaking job turned into a $12k ordeal but luckily Vahan and his crew were able to do the entire thing.
