We received excellent service from V Max from the very beginning. We were given an appointment promptly. Ernesto arrived at our house to do an estimate. He was warm and friendly and explained the process thoroughly. Later when he came to our house to do the work, he was respectful of our home and did a fantastic job! He took his time to do the job the right way.

Gabriel was prompt in returning my call. I needed a new water heater but the old one was crammed into a corner of the garage and was not code compliant in a couple of ways. He explained that he would have to raise the platform and to vent it differently to meet code. After much research on finding a replacement that would fit the tiny space, he got there early one morning and went to work.

He had to open up drywall and stucco to vent it differently but the end result was a beautiful, very professional finish! I would highly recommend him.

V-Max did a terrific job of re-piping the entire plumbing for my 76-year-old house! The cost was very reasonable, and Ernesto and his crew were amazing. They were punctual, courteous, and professional. Ernesto was onsite everyday and was extremely pleasant, helpful, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction.

Ernesto's initial inspection was thorough, and not only did he point out the terrible condition of the pipes to us, he even took pictures in the tight crawlspace areas, as well as video, which caught yet another new leak in progress!

When the job was finished, he gave us a detailed inspection and sufficiently answered any and all questions we had. Ernesto and his crew cleaned up and hauled away all the old pipes and debris. I am completely happy with the job V-Max Plumbing did, and I no longer have to worry about another pipe leaking every couple of months.

Gabriel to the rescue

The guys at V-max plumbing saved the day and my property. I needed plumbing repairs at my Duplex and they tackled all the issues and made it look easy.

I had clogged/ bad pipes in the kitchen in one unit, and leaky sink plumbing and a toilet that constantly leaked under the house of the rear unit. I called the office and scheduled an immediate appointment, so that made it very convenient for me. Plus, they called 30 minutes before their arrival, so I wasn't exactly hanging around 'chomping at the bit' so to speak, waiting for service appointments.

The company owner dispatched Gabriel and he is bar none the best. He continues to be the guy that can tackle any problem, he even helped me navigate the City regulations. He always thoroughly investigates the issue and based on his findings makes sound recommendations. What impresses me the most is that when he has everything taken apart for repair work, he always checks the status of the other pieces integral to the performance of the fixture and let's me know if the lifespan on the fixture is near at hand. In most cases he has replacement parts on the truck, so he can easily and inexpensively swap out old pieces for new in leu of selling me a overpriced ""fix"" . If replacing a ten dollar part on this service call prevents me from having to have a plumber out again and pay for a second service call, I'll take that advice any day.

Gabriel always thoroughly tested my entire system, checking and double checking his work before he moves to another task. And, if there was something I didn't understand, he would walk me through it and writes a very detailed description on the invoice.

I highly recommend V-max plumbing and hope they continue to send Gabriel when I call. Whether an emergency call or simple plumbing fix, Gabriel is amazing to work with - highly qualified and super thorough, without the exorbitant pricing you find with other plumbers. Oh, and they stand behind the work, and that's why I will always them.

My aunt's house had a water leak in the front yard. Gabriel came to the house and found a leaking sprinkler valve. He also found 2 leaks in the galvanized pipe.
He replaced the sprinkler valve and found a way to repair the pipe without replacing the entire pipe. This was a large cost saving by not replacing the pipe. Gabriel was on time and explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend Gabriel and will request him if I need future plumbing work.

I had tried to snake and fix the clog in my own sink and finally got sick of it. I called V-Max after finding out that no one else seemed able to come out that day, and the girl in the office checked to see if she could help get someone out that same day. I was told that Angel would be out between 5 & 7, and I asked if he could call me when he was on his way. He and Luis showed up right on time, checked everything out and answered all my questions. He really seemed to know his stuff. They got the drain snaked and did an awesome job getting it handled!! They were polite and did a great job! They even helped me change out a hose end I was replacing outside without charging me extra!!! Great guys, great job! I will be calling them again and recommending V-Max to my friends!!

Called Vmax to fix backed up kitchen sink. Ernesto came out same day to fix problem. Problem was larger than we expected. Came back out next day to resolve the issue. Fair prices, great service and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend to anyone.
