These people have no sense of professionalism or urgency to do their job or even advise their clients that the technician will not be coming at the time that was initially given. We thought our plumbing issue was finally going to get fixed but come to find out theses people call 15 minutes before the window they gave me was over. I'm in a condo complex and to fix any plumbing issue we have to shut off the main water for the entire complex and advise neighbors with at least 48 hours. When I finally do call to check on the technician that was supposed to come out, they tell me that the one that I was assigned to got busy at another job and they are sending someone else. Why didn't you call earlier to advise, or even confirm that they appointment was still set? Again, if we hadn't called to check in, they wouldn't have had the decency to call and let us know what was going on. And on top of that, when speaking to the lady on the phone, she giggled as she mentioned that the technician got busy, as if it was something funny! Wtf!?

V-Max came in a clutch moment when i needed them the most. Sent over a representative over to check out what the problem was and fixed it as soon as they got here. Also gave you a nice notice when they were going to arrive so you weren't catch'd off guard. Definitely will use again!

We have had V-Max Plumbing out to our house A LOT lately. We had a sewage leak from an improperly installed toilet. Our sink leaked from an improperly installed trap. I will not use any other plumbers other than V-Max from now on. You will not be disappointed. Their plumbers are courteous and competent. thank you V-max, Rodrigo was excellent!

A little spendy, but aren't all plumbing jobs. Johnny was polite, friendly and fixed all our problems. Repacked garbage disposal, fixed 3 toilets. We're good as new.

Great working with V-Max. Johnny came out to install a new tankless water heater. Clean work, great communication and customer service. Even came back out to answer a couple questions I had about the unit. Will call V-Max for my future plumbing needs.

It was Wednesday night, we had our toilets, tub and shower drain clogged. I searched for emergency plumbing services and V-Max plumbing was the first to respond and dispatched Johnny. He came to our house an hour later from another call, he seems professional and knowledgeable with his work. He started the work right away trying to clear the clogged until about 2:00 am, but regular snake couldn't take the clog out. He said he needs to come back with longer plumbing snake and camera. He came back the next morning (although late as he promised) found some roots, unfortunately, the clogged seems stubborn and location so deep that he had to add drain clean-out outside the house for easy jetting and future access. They clear the clogged (with assistant digging soil for new clean-out) and put our toilets, tub and shower up and running by Friday. The entire project was completed by Monday. I could have given 5 stars review if the project finished earlier as promised. Other than the timing Johnny did a great job! Thank you for your help!
