I would recommend V-Max in a heartbeat! I had a flooding issue that turned out to be more than just a toilet problem. The main drain was plugged and Ernesto used their high tech camera and walked me through every step including snaking it along with the jet which was needed to push through some roots.. he did have to make 3 visits which included a Sunday to finish the job.. he was very professional and did get the job done ! He even capped off the main drain very nicely.. I found my go to plumber

This is my first time using V-Max. Feed back is very important to any business and it's employees. Today Ernesto came to my house to unclog a drain. I'm a stickler for the little things when people show up for a service call. Did they call ahead. Are they on time. Do they introduce themselves and present he or she in a respectful manner. Do they show respect for the home. Wipe their feet before entry. Do they clean up any messes made during the service. Ernesto did all of these things and more. I was very impressed with him. He was very polite and informative. He worked quickly and cleaned up the tub when he was done. He explained the issue and what can be done to prevent it in the future. If you like people who have pride and show it in their work. Then Ernesto with V-Max would be a good choice.

They came in a day. Good response time. I did not use them.

Free estimate, came, as the technician is looking around for the estimate, he look at the faucet, banged a few things, the water pressure looks better and he wants $95 for that. He quoted for stuff under the sink that looks corroded, fine.

The technician said that is not an estimate but work was actually work was done. I said ""I didn't approve of any work, so I'm not paying for something I didn't ask for"" and he didn't argue and just left. so I'm not happy and would not recommend.

I called VMAX for a toilet install which also required reworking the drain pipe going from a wall mounted toilet to floor mounted toilet.I would give VMAX an A+++ grade for great service. After calling VMAX, I received a call back from the plumber Adrian who promptly came out for a free estimate and then came out the next day to complete the job. Reworking the supply and drain lines was a lot of work and Adrian worked into the evening to make sure everything was perfect. An all around professional operation.

Good experience. House built in the 50's with old pipes and over the years accumulated sludge and other nasty items. A clean out valve was not available and the only way to fix it was to dig up the pipes and build one in which Ernesto and his crew did in under 4 hours, in the rain, without any additional charges. Ernesto is bringing the gentleman game into plumbing. I highly recommend them.
