We have been with Victor for a couple of years. After the freeze last year, I referred a lot of people to him because we were very happy up to that point. Things started going downhill after that. He has horrible communication and doesn't get back to you in a timely manner, either does Jasmine, his office manager. We had him install a new tankless water heater recently and it malfunctioned. It is still under warranty and Victor made it so difficult to get it repaired. He did not want to come over and do what he needed to get the warranty repair done. When we tried to contact him, we finally got a response that he was out of town. He kept saying we had to make the calls and handle it, but the warranty company said he had to be the one. Then after getting back in town, he wouldn't respond to us. We have been without hot water for over a week. We finally have called another company and they were so responsive and willing to help us get this issue fixed. Will no longer be VMA Plumbing. He has a track record of ditching residential jobs in a heartbeat if he gets an offer for a commercial job, so proceed with caution. He may be there one day, but he may not be back if he gets a better offer. You can check the dates of reviews and see, at one time, he was very good, but not any longer.

Victor and his team did all of the rough-in and finishing work with the renovation of our kitchen. Rough-in included rerouting our gas and water lines due to the relocation of our range and refrigerator. Finishing included hooking up our new range, sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal and pot filler. He is hard working, dependable, responsive, courteous, and respectfully always wore a mask while working. I highly recommend VMA Plumbing and will use them again on future projects!

Victor was very quick and professional when requesting a quote to add gas to my all electric house. The overall process turned out to be too extensive and costly but I would recommend Victor. Am keeping his contact info for future plumbing needs.

Needed a simple job to fix a toilet tank that wasn't filling up. Victor answered, gave me an estimate, and was available the day I was able to have him come out. Victor was friendly and efficient and was in and out in no time. He also gave me a fair price compared to all of the other quotes. Would definitely use for future needs.
