Very displeased with this companies service. I got an estimate to get my Garbage disposal replaced and scheduled it for the following week with the time window of 10-10:30am. By 10:45am no one had shown up so I gave them a call. I was told the plumber got caught up in his first job of the day which is totally understandable- and that he'll only be a little while longer. I waited until *1pm* then I called back- and again same story. (By the way whoever runs the phone here isn't very polite- he offered no apology and no mention of rescheduling- I didn't set a full day aside for a 1-1/2hr long job.)
The fact that I had to call them to get an update on my appointment shows a lack of professionalism and a disregard for my time.
I'm not one to normally be passionate enough to leave reviews in general but this isn't right. My husband and I are fairly new to the area so we've been on the hunt for reliable companies to use in our new home. This will not be one of them- very disappointing and I do not recommend.

I had called them to put in a connection for a water line to the freezer(removing old pipe and putting in a connection for new water line). I got a call at 9:33 am the morning it was scheduled and told plumber was a couple minutes out. As of 10:18 pm no plumber so tried calling them, 31 calls later there was still no one picking up the call( it would ring once or twice then busy signal or disconnect). Plumber Derek showed up at around 10:33 am about after my last attempt to get a hold of them to see what was going on. Derek was nice and professional and did a great job with no problems. Will I use them again NO I will not for the fact you can not get a hold of them or leave a message.

This business provide professional, quick and reasonable prices. I am very happy with the service provided. Derrick was very professional and having a runner for parts is a great asset to the company so that the plumber can continue work while waiting for parts. Derrick was thorough and took care of all my issues and I can't be happier. I would highly recommend this company. I have dealt with other companies with no results.

Derrick was very helpful and recommended the most probable solution to our water leak problem. While he took his time, he didn't loiter; he was thorough. He recommended next steps if the initial steps he took did not work. He explained charges on the bill thoroughly and satisfactorily.
Would recommend and/or call them for future work.

I don't understand the two negative reviews here. I was so impressed with Jamie Mauck's talent and professionalism I had to find the time to inform consumers. Such a high standard and quality of work deserves an appropriate revue.

You don't need to dress fancy to be a plumber but this guy looks like a homeless guy...Got a quote from they, it supposed to be an hour job but the guy he ""managed"" to make it 3 hours! What a greedy person tried to ripoff a woman! Horrible service, maybe better then the home improvement stores only for parts but avoid using their plumbing service at all cost!
