Excellent and honest service! Thanks, Vc for having your guys come out and help us with our clogged drain. Where others said we needed our septic tank cleaned out, you guys listened to me when I said it was in fact recently cleaned out. They rodded the line but realized the clog was much deeper and had to go back for a longer rodder Once that was in place they were able to unclog the pipes and get everything flowing as it should be. We are all good to go!!

Renters moved in to the rental home on Aug. 1, 2016, and called basement sewer backed up on Aug 2nd. I called a plumbing company in Palatine, the plumber estimated the job would cost close to a grant, later on after discussing with his boss, he stated it is about $3500- $3800 due to company policy they cannot work from basement and have to do it from outside, and they will do it on Aug 3rd. Mr. Vince came to the rescue at 6:00pm because tenants need a working sewer system. Vince initially said he will charge $1200 for the job, and after he was done with the job, he called, sent me picture, told me the charge is $300! From the process, you see how honest VC Plumbing is, how accurate their diagnosis is, they put customer's need at highest priority and charge what it really costs. I strongly recommend VC Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing service.

My sump pump went out and I had to get the whole thing replaced. It was after business hours wen I had called Vince.. There were bad rain storms that were coming as well that night so Vince sent his nephew over to replace our system. He saved my basement that night! Very fast service!!

Let's be honest...it's never a good thing when you are forced to call a plumber. However, VC plumbers made the experience as good as it could be. VC plumbers came to my house within 10 minutes of calling for my ""plumbing emergency."" Fast, friendly and efficient.
