i rent a house and our landlord always sends this guy our way when we have any plumbing issues, he makes us wait at least a week before showing up and never really fixes any problems but is happy to collect a check, he has not yet come to our house and managed to fix ANYTHING without me or my husband ending up having to call roto rooter to come and redo all the work properly.
actually at this moment i am waiting on a roto rooter van to pull up and repair a shoddily installed leaking sink that is brand new an less than a week old. utz made us wait over a week for this install and didnt even personally preform the work, some homeless looking guy showed up and did it and made a gigantic mess that he made zero effort to clean up.
sorry but if you show up at someones house to repair something you leave it the way you found it, there was rotten waste water on my kitchen floor when this man left. a total lack of professionalism, call roto rooter, they show up the same day, clean up after themselves and the rates are comparable (actually better because you dont have to pay to fix things twice, rr does it right the first time)

Stay away. Nice at first but, you have to spell everything out for him, or he will be returning and costing you more money and he will go above his quote. Originally was a lower quote but when the finally was done it was higher then when I contacted him he gives attitude about how the work was done and the water problem is not his fault and it should of been spelled out in writing and it's going to cost more. Sorry you do plumbing you should know how it should be fixed, and not give attitude and charge more when you screw up.
