My home was up for sale when the buyer had my sewer line scoped. Lo and behold we had roots growing thru the Orangeburg pipe. I called UP and Jay was at the house in 30 minutes. Gave me a quote and history lesson of pipe bursting of which he was very proud of. Had his Crew on the job within 3 days. William ran the crew and they did an outstanding job. Kept me informed along the way and stayed on the job each day until completion. I highly recommend this business and will be letting all my friends as well as realtors in the area know this is a business you can trust. Thanks Jay and William and crew!!! Brian S.

The pioneer in pipe bursting in the area. His prices are fair. His people are non polished plumber-esk. But then who wants to pay for 7 layers of polish on a truck when it's a sewer that needs replacing.

Don't hire these guys. I hired them to do a sewer camera inspection on a building I was considering purchasing. Day 1: the plumber no shows and no calls with no contact from the business the remainder of the day. Day 2: I find out an employee got into a fight with his girlfriend, quit his job, was M.I.A with the company truck, equipment, and phone. That employee got fired and my inspection went to 1/2 off. Day 3: we had the inspection set for 1pm, mid-morning I get a call asking to push it back to 2pm. At 1:45 I get a call saying there is an emergency, and can we push the inspection back to 230? I complained, and now my inspection is free. Finally, they show up at 315. He shows up in a tiny car with a 10-12 foot ladder strapped to the top of the car, all but guaranteeing that he won't be able to reach the roof of the 2-story 4-plex, and will have to access the sewer via the more expensive option of pulling a toilet(rigged this way on purpose?).Pulling the toilet was quite the production, and after a minute or so worth of effort to put the camera down there, he deems there is too much rust in the pipe leading from the toilet for him to be able to get a camera through. He says we could probably get sewer access through the roof, but...He then moves outside, and with the motivation level of someone who is working for free, he spends 10 seconds looking for an outside ""cleanout"" sewer access, can't find it, and leaves. I'm just glad I did not have to pay for this service.

Utah Pipe Burst was recommended by my home inspector. Jay was quick to respond and easy to work with. They were able to provide very valuable information regarding the main sewer line from a property I was considering buying. Their cost was more than reasonable. Would call them again for sure.
