I needed to repair our water heater that went kaput before the weather turns cold. Quick service with Paul, he was honest and helpful. He was able to get the parts and repair our water heater within 24 hours, did a great job. Very reasonable price, would definitely use other services with USA Rooter & Plumbing.

It's the weekend before Thanksgiving and suddenly I lost my hot water...checked and saw my gas water heater leaking! I called USA Rooter & Plumbing and asked Emerson for an estimate. Once I sent a photo of my water heater model/serial # he was able to determine if it's under warranty or not. Then he was able to send his Technicians Alvaro and Estuardo on a Friday evening upon request (for a free inspection). Inlets and TPR valves were checked and leak was internal=new tank was needed. Emerson was able to work out a reasonable price since my valve and connectors needed to be upgraded. The next morning Alvaro and Estuardo completed the install and removal in a timely fashion. They walked me through their work, checked for any gas/water leaks, showed me how to use the control box and adjust temperature settings, and they cleaned up nicely afterwards. Give them a chance for any of your plumbing needs...I know I will!

Recently they replaced and upgraded the main drain line from the house to the street, as well as the main line under our house. It was a big job completed to code. I was very impressed with Emerson and crew. I had what I self diagnosed as a clogged drain from washing machine and downstairs toilet . My home is a turn of the century Victorian . The problem was a lot more complicated . Broken eroded pipe far away from back of house . Emerson updated me with each piece of information . They stayed past dark to finish the job . My faucet and sprinkler pipe outside the house broke and need a major repair. I called USA Rooter & Plumbing and within 30 minutes a technician came and look at the problem and gave me a quote which is a very fair price. He was able to repair the problem. Alvaro did a great job and now we get to take showers tomorrow morning! Alvaro was very pleasant to work with and did a great job. This company is the one you want! I had a hot pressure valve break in my laundry room sink. After cleaning up the flood of water I researched emergency plumbing on Yelp. I saw the great reviews and totally agree. I called 3 companies. USA Rooter was the 1st to call back. I explained what had happened and he said they would come out within the hour. They called back to say they were on their way. They were very professional and considerate. Their work was excellent and they were very helpful to get things back in working order and confirmed all the water was back on to the house with no more leaks.
