Great communication leading up to the appointment. Frank was very nice and communicated what he was doing the entire time. He had to replace the drain and a pipe in my kitchen sink due to it not having been installed properly the last time (not sure who did it, I just moved in 8 moths ago). He then noticed there was stoppage and used both a 45 ft and an 80 ft snake to try to remove the debris/stoppage, but was unable to and apologized, stating he would call AHS to tell them to send another company with better tools to take care of the issue. All in all, very nice, professional. He said we could use the sink and everything, but that the water would back up. We tried the dishwasher and the sinks did fill with water, but drained over time. However, the pipes that he fixed still leaked...so... meh. Home Depot here I come.

I have been dealing with this company for 4 weeks now through my American Home Shield warranty over a simple faucet leak in my bathroom.
They have come to the home 3x, but have made the problem worse each time. They do not return calls, they have not fixed the issue and when I ask for a solution they continue to be unable to fix the problem.
Our water leak has slowly gotten worse, I have taken off of work for them to address the problem but we are now at 1 month and the problem continues to get worse.
I would not recommend this company.

FRAUD!!! - I used this company because it was assigned by my home warranty company American Home Shield. USA Plumbing, I believe, defrauded my insurance and performed a very expensive and unnecessary job and left me with the bill. The cartridge in the bathtub faucet needed to be replaced and the technician told me that he may not be able to find the parts because it seemed to be an old model of faucet. I was told he would search the supply stores for the part and call the next day. No call so I called the company and asked the status. After leaving 2 voicemails, on the 3rd day my call was returned and I was told the technician went to several plumbing supply stores and couldn't find the part. He would have to replace the entire valve and cut through the dry wall in the room opposite the bathroom to access.
On my own I visited JOSCO plumbing, a well known plumbing supply company, and easily was directed to the part. I brought the part to the technician and he said that it won't work and we need to proceed with replacing the entire valve. At this point I'm thinking, "what do I know, I'm not a plumber". So he proceeds and cuts through the dry wall and replaces the valve and leaves a 2ft x 2ft whole in my wall that I have to get repaired on my own.
I thought that was the end of it and USA Plumbing did what they had to do. It turns out that my 2nd bathroom had the same issue 1 week later on the exact same part! This time Maclin Plumbing came out and within 30 minutes replaced the faucet cartridge. At this point, I'm baffled so I told him the story with USA Plumbing. He said any plumber would know where to get this part and could do the job in less than 1 hour. Long story short, USA Plumbing, is a dishonest company and cheated my insurance company, and cheated me of my time and money through the higher premium payments.

This is a cheap ass company. I did not select them, my home warranty company did.
Their truck inspection stickers are long since expired and the tires are showing steel belts thru the rubber. Its no wonder they don't have the right equipment and the equipment they have is falling apart. Right tool for the right job? Not these guys. (Though the guy they the plumber was a nice enough guy)
They led me on a three-week wild goose chase. (During which I had to do the dished in the bathtub) First, they didn't have a the right equipment and rescheduled. Then, three days later, they had it but it was broken.
I finally got angry and hired another company to come do it despite the fact the Home Warranty company objected.
The other company solved the problem in 15 minutes.

I had a bunch of home warranty stuff that needed fixing. If it weren't for me having to hound them to schedule the appointment I'd give 4 stars. He showed up an hour early (with a call of course). Did all the work and everything looked great. Now my kitchen sink wasn't working and I damn near lost it...But I remembered him showing me the nasty pipes and realized some junk must have gotten through. Took the screen off-some dirt fell out. Problem solved. I have to caulk the tub in order to use the shower but so far so good.

Horrible, this company was contracted from my home warranty company to diagnose a leak. The guy came out, first of all, broke a handle off my cabinet while moving it. Then once he knew the problem and i let him know "cover3d or not, I need to fix it" he made it a point to quickly get the $60 deductible and by check, not by CC so he can call the warranty company. He then told them that my leak was "not from normal use". Seriously, What would it be from, am i running a car wash from my house or something? Earlier, when I asked him how much he would do the job privately for, he told me $800, then I overheard him telling the insurance $600. I guess he figured he could make extra $$ if he goes privately. Well wrong. Now you don't get the job and you will be paying for my broken cabinet. Horrible and unprofessional. Look out for USA plumbing and look out for Hector. I think all the reviews speak for this companies reputation.

Do not waste your time. My valve in bathroom faucet had a screw broken off in it (so that another handle/knob could not be attached). USA plumbing came over and reported to my warranty company that it only needed a handle replacement and nothing was wrong with the valve. This has wasted a week of time in getting the repair done. When I called to ask them to look at the valve picture to see the tip of screw sticking out - the dispatcher insisted there was nothing they could do and their report was accurate. It took no time at all for a handy man and Rescue Rooter to recognize the issue and provide an estimate (which I sent to warranty company). Maybe they are in cahoots with warranty company, or maybe they just don't closely examine problem and look for easiest way to move on. I don't mind if someone makes a mistake, but if it is followed by a refusal to recognize you may be wrong I lose my patience. I will never use USA Plumbing in the future. I would pay out of my own pocket for a polite, responsive plumber rather than deal with a plumber like this. Very unprofessional.

I'd give a zero but that is impossible. Terrible service!!!! Never use them. Had another company come over after two months of dealing with this company. The company had the problem fixed in minutes. This company y was a rip off.

Terrible experience. Completely unqualified and unprepared to fix a clogged drain. Stay away!

I needed a plumber to help me finish a DIY project and Hector came to the rescue. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He fixed the problem efficiently and at a very fair price.
