If your home warranty company contracts USA Plumbing to perform work at your property, demand another plumbing company!

USA Plumbing shows up four hours late and only completes 1/3 of the work!

Assigned by home warranty for sewer problem, came out, didn't have "the right equipment" which was a 100ft snake. Was to return the next day. Didn't show, I called, he said "refresh my memory". Really? Less than 24 hours since he was at my house. He told me "a buddy had an emergency & I have to save his a.., rear-end & it will be late" "I can come in the morning or sometime tomorrow". Seriously. He didn't remember me, wasn't going to call me, did he really think I would take off work for nothing? He was driving & hard to hear. I asked him to call me back. Never did. Didn't answer my call again. I contacted the warranty company. "He isn't responding & hasn't filed a report yet". Several phone calls & a supervisor finally "escalated my situation". I would never use USA plumbing for anything, apparently lacks appropriate plumbing tools, exhibits no customer service if "a buddy" out ranks a customer who could have potentially given many referrals to friends, family & co-workers. Now its going to be terrible reviews every chance I get. Assigned a new plumbing company. Hopefully good reviews forth coming.

Worst plumbing experience ever! The home warranty company assigned my work order to USA on Monday. He came out on Tues. and said he would be back Wed. or Thurs. to install the water heater. I hadn't heard from him, so I called at noon Thurs. He still hadn't sent paper work in to warranty company to get the purchase approved, but said he was doing that as we spoke. Fri. a rep from the warranty company called him (USA wouldn't return my calls). Paper work still wasn't in! I learned then that there would be extra expenses that USA hadn't mentioned. USA, with a BBB rating of F, was the only plumber on the warranty company s list, so I couldn't be assigned to someone else. After still no word from USA, the next Monday, I had to take a cash out from the warranty company and get my own plumber... who was able to install the same day I called. The owner of USA Plumbing lied to me twice, only answered my call once, and never returned a call. USA Plumbing will never be in my house again!!!

If I could do 0 stars I freaking would. We had flooding from a backed up main line and our house was getting filled with sewer water and literal crap. We filed an emergency claim with the home warranty company and got saddled with these guys. We were supposed to have someone out in 24 hours it's been well over 36 hours and not so much as a phone call. When we call them the dude is incredibly rude and tells us good luck finding a plumber because everyone is busy. Well bucko I called literally 1 plumber and they got someone to us in 30 minutes and they were extremely nice and helpful and you know... professional. If you need plumbing call BJ at plumbing specialists not these clowns.

Choice Home Warranty claim. Apparently I needed a few in line vents replaced according to him. 7 calls and several promises to get there "that day" over the course of 4 weeks. He shows up at nearly 10pm with no notice and hands me two 5 dollar vents, has the gall to ask me if I want to have him install them, while my kids are sleeping. WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU THINKING DUDE! Enjoy the $85 deducIble...

I am not the guy that leaves negative reviews, but this was egregious. Still fuming.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a plumber. Took two days to call back . Finally showed to see the problem. So late he had to come back the next day . 75.00 serve charge . To tell me the water heater was out . duh !! Then comes late the next day about 9 pm after multiple calls to him all day long. He kept saying I be there after the job he was on in just a little while . BS . Didn't get done until 12:30 pm slower than Christmas. And I helped him . Then charged me another 400. Dollars . Says taking off the water circulation pump was extra. You have to take it off to get to the water heater. All the above was done through First American Home insurance company . So I call them to find out why he was charging me extra 400. I had to talk with three different people and all they said they would look into it . Waiting on results of that ! Plus I missed a whole day Pay waiting on the plumber to show up. I would not recommend either of these companies. Absolutely the worst service. And inflated charges and the insurance coverage sucks. Don't deal with these people. If the insurance company makes this right I'll repost with their results .

I'd give him 0 stars if I could. Filed a claim with First American on July 29th, USA Plumbing did come out quickly, kind of an odd character, simply re-lit the water heater and left. Didn't check it at all, told me to text him if I had any issues. 3 days later, pilot was out again, so I text him, he replies "OK", but that's it. So I call him later in the evening and he claims he would be out Tuesday (next day). Of course he was a no show/call/text. So I decide to fill out First American's survey, which prompted a call from a service advisor. Very apologetic, assuring me USA would come fix it. He did in Wednesday after 5 pm, tries to light the pilot, scratches his head, I mention thermo coupler, he goes to get one, supposedly replaces it, lights the pilot, and leaves (found later that he did NOT put the inside cover back on properly). Pilot went out again sometime Thursday evening (8-8-19), and would not re-light after many attempts. So called First American and they placed another call to him. Friday goes by...... nothing, called first American Saturday, they said a call was placed Friday morning, but they go ahead and place another call and leave a voice mail, AND send an email.... nothing.... Sunday morning I call back and request a different contractor. By then 3 days without a working water heater was overkill for me.
It may look bad on First American, but this jerk is at fault! I felt uncomfortable around him, and it is very obvious that he could care less about his customers! If you want crappy service, and want to be left hanging for days, actually, weeks, call him. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy if I had one. Very very very disappointed in his business practices, and utter lack of compassion.
I have another company coming out today, after 5 days without hot water, thanks to USA PLUMBING!!!!

Had to deal with USA Plumbing now for four weeks and still the garbage disposal is not installed! Twice no show no call, they are the worst. Used Patrick Plumbing before and they are on time all the time!

Service thru Home warranty of America. I would not use either one of them, lucky me just a one year contract and than I will check with yelp before getting a new contract.

Need hot water heater worked on. Read the codes listed in owners manual, says thermostat sensor fault. You would think he would replace.?? He disconnected the wires on it and used a paperclip to bypass. Says all good and leaves. 30 minutes later same thing. Call next day, he said he would be here between 10 and 2, shows up after. Took off paperclip and and rewires again. 30 minutes later after he leaves same issue, says to text him as soon as issue comes up and he would be right here. Over 24 hours and still not here,still no hot water. DO NOT CALL THIS PLUMBER.
