We current had sewer rod service with this company and had a very bad experience. The guy came he only speak a very litter English and no communication at all. We don't know what was caused and how he will do. About half hour after he put a rod into first floor toilet and told us the job was done. A couple hours later the sewer water backup again when laundry was used. I called next day the manage said that they will back to replace rod job but no one called to show up. Avoid to use this company. You won't get a quality service for money you paid! It waste money to use this company

My experience with USA plumbing was terrible. I needed a camera inspection and estimate. They had a technician come to my building, which he ran the camera and after he was done he told me that a guy name Ron will call me right away for your estimate which never happened. I had to call them numerous of time. When I finally got in touch with the guy Ron which was 3 weeks later he lie to me 2 times saying he was going to come and never did. Please avoid this company.

STAY AWAY! This company is out of their minds with prices! They charged me $320 to fix a toilet flapper! That is way overpriced! $35 for the flapper which cost $22. THEN $285 for labor ! That is way overpriced! The employee stayed in his truck for a good 45 minutes! I was also quoted $100 less than the original bill! Please DON'T use this company! Their prices are INFLATED through the roof and when you quote someone, BUT then charge them $100 more they were quoted that's on you! The job that you were paid for should not cost more than $200!

Home warranty (AHS) assigned this company to address a pipe leak I reported. Getting them to come out for an initial appointment was a hassle and took 2 weeks. For the first 3 scheduled appointments, they failed to show up and on the 3rd attempt got came outside of the time window provided. This is incredibly frustrating as people have to take time off from work and alter their days only for a plumber not to show up. When the plumber eventually came, he rushed to diagnose the problem and promised completing the repairs 2 days later. He never showed as promised. Took me another 2 weeks to get another appointment on the calendar for Oct 28 with a 9-1pm window. Tech named Jesus shows up and then says they had to leave for an emergency appointment and they will be back. Of course they never came back. Now I'm having to pay another company to come address this leak which has caused more secondary damages the longer it goes unaddressed. This is a very unreliable and unprofessional company. Save yourself the frustration and avoid them if assigned by AHS.

Awful! Used home center plumbing on a bath/shower repair spent $970 and the repair didn't work. Had to go to another plumber to fix it right.

After waiting on a private plumber for 3 days and getting excuses each day, I finally gave up and called USA Plumbing and Sewer. They got me a plumber that came in 1 hour. Suarez is the plumber who came to fix my clog and leak problem. Finished in 1 hour and left no mess. Everything is working perfectly. Service was reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and would recommend to my friends and family.

They are essentially trash! I filed a claim under my home warranty to dispatched USA to install a new ejector pump in Jan of 24. Fast forward to March of 24 the ejector pump is shaking erratically to the point it seems like it's about to explode. So I have someone come out (NOT USA) to look. He immediately tells me whoever installed the ejector did not install it correctly and it is not attached. I called home warranty who tells me to contact USA again as they warranty their work. USA sends out the SAME EXACT technician who calls his manager. At this point I am already annoyed as why would you send the same tech if I told you he installed it incorrectly. The tech calls his manager ""Suarez"" who tells us that they will have to charge us to fix their mistake! Completely negating the fact they installed it improperly the first time. Then advised he could charge us the bear minimum for labor. How about no! Deceitful and unprofessional. I would never recommend them.

Went through my home warranty and was text a random date and time. Called to reschedule and they gave me a new time and day. for Sat 8/9 10-2pm. Waited all day and when I called them they text me back saying I'm scheduled for Mon 3/11. It's crazy to me how these appointments keep getting made without confirming with the me the customer. Terrible service and they haven't even done anything. Unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them to get me a cup of water.

Waited two weeks through my home warranty company. Leaking shower. They never answered and I called 4 times. Then they told me 8-3 and I figured when they hadn't called by 2 I wouldn't get service. I had to call them to find out they had scheduled an appt they didn't tell me about. Then I had to call them today to find out they weren't coming after 3pm.

Impatient when they do show up, unprofessional, non responsive, non communicative.

Don't let them waste your time like they wasted mine.

I had called USA Plumbing and Sewer to address seepage coming from the commode.
Dan arrived promptly and on time. He attacked the problem and completed the job in 1/2 hour. He was courteous, professional, and on completion, left the bathroom as clean as it was when he arrived.
The cost for this project was more than fair and the office staff made the process, painless and easy.
I am please, so that I have another project in process with USA Plumbing & Sew
I highly recommend this company!
