Had a drain hose come loose from washer at beach house rental. Mike showed up very promptly and secured it to drain receptacle. Nice, courteous person. If I lived in area, I'd hire him again.

This asshole and his buddy showed up an hour late. I told him where to park( so they wouldn't have to move their truck) . He look at me like I was crazy, they got back in the truck, didn't say a word and drove away. Then he wouldn't answer the phone. WHAT A DICK!

This was my second time using USA Plumbing. I had grandchildren come to visit and both times, last summer and a week ago. Both times, they flushed a bunch of wipes which clogged my drain. Mike to the rescue with his snake solved the problem. He is quick, neat and reasonable. Now that we are here full time, he's our plumber.

Just had problems with my hot water heater, after getting a price from CC my HVAC company , and another, got USA plumbing to my house who quickly installed a new one for me for hundreds and hundreds less then the others. The technician came out to my home in a timely manner. He couldn't find a clog and then asked for a bucket. After a little bit, my pipes were clean. He didn't seem to know why considering he said it was grease and I do not put grease down my drain. A couple of hours later, I went to use my sink and my disposal was leaking. I called back and it was determined that my disposal was no broken. I hadn't used it nor was it leaking before the visit. The technician insisted he didn't do anything. I spoke to two people, one being the owner, and they told me contradictory things. I was then asked """"Is your husband home?"""" as if being a woman made me incompetent. When trying to get my corrected invoice the following day, nobody would pick up the phone. After leaving a message, I received an email with my invoice and no returned phone call. The men I spoke to were beyond rude and unprofessional. I did not ask for a free disposal or a free visit. I only wanted to be compensated for the damage that had been done. I did receive a small discount (about 1/5 of what I ended up paying for my new disposal). Very unhappy with the customer service.

We just had our old jacuzzi tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower. Mike showed up to estimate the job, he was on time, polite, competent and put the estimate together in a timely manner. They took care to protect the carpet in the bedroom daily and kept the worksite as clean as possible during the entire process. The work was done in a timely manner and if they did have an emergency we were notified in advance. Mike and John it was a pleasure working with you and the job looks super.
