We called them on a Saturday and they answered immediately, saying they could be out first thing Monday (this was after we were stood up by another plumber who never came or called, then two days later gave an excuse about being ill, but never responded when we asked to reschedule - who will get a negative review).

Two techs arrived early Monday morning - they very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem once they snaked the toilet (FYI do NOT use those hanging toilet bowl cleaner/deodorizers - one got stuck in the toilet).

Since the house is 36 years old, we also had them check all the toilets and plumbing components in the house. They offered some great advice maintenance tips for the plumbing in the house.

For all the work done, they charged a modest $350.00!!

Neighbor asked for a referral but I would not use again but did complete the job overall within the timeframe despite damages and 10% over estimate.

Communication - overall good communication except at the end with no follow up.

Damages - mentioned the scraped up stairwall rail and no apology or effort the recify. I did even ask for paint they had to fix it but never rcvd follow up or a call.

Price- price was good and comparable but it increased by 10% and I was not shown the issues that would have caused this higher price depsite that I was onsite all but 3 hrs. 1100 sq foot house 4900 with additional costs.

Timely - arrived with four guys. I asked them to wear botties to not track anything on my white carpet and provided booties. It was not honored and something was spilled in the Master.

They claim to have emergency service but did not call back within the designated 15 call back time.

Water was leaking under the sink. I couldn't identify where the leak was so I called USA Plumbing, Inc. They came out in 2 hours and quickly found it was a loose head on the sink nozzle. The repair man fixed the problem and then checked all of the drain piping to make sure there were no other loose fittings. Work was done efficiently and quickly. Money well spent.

dishonest and unreliable plumber! $600 to repair a elbow on a sink. dishonest and unresponsive. he was paid $600 deposit then price gauged it to additional $1500 in which he took the deposit and stopped responding after agreeing to finish the job. I then hired a new contractor who got the job done the next day for half the price. I contacted Joe Oct 30 to Nov 6 to simply send an email to the permit office to cancel his permit he kept saying he was to busy to send an email. not only he took my money and ran but also complicated the issuance of the permit for me.

I had a plumbing emergency at midnight with my sump pump. It was about to overflow and cause a flood. I would have preferred to avoid a late night call, but the situation required a plumber to come quickly.. USA plumbing advertises 24/7 service on their website. I called them at about midnight. Dispatch said their tech would be calling be in 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I called back and she apologized and said they'd call in the next 15 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back again and the dispatch said that it 'is the prerogative of the technician' whether to call back or not.

This is not what they told me the first two times I called. Other than the typical, ""I understand how you feel."" There was no attempt to remedy or even apologize for the situation.

The next morning the technician (7:00am) FINALLY called me back and seemed oblivious to my complaints or issues and acted like nothing happened and asked for my address to come out. I explained my frustration and anger with the previous evening. His response is that he sometimes just checks them in the morning. I didn't even comment on the audacity to assume he was still coming out to the house.

Look - 24/7, I get it. I respect 'the discretion' of the technician. But instead of saying they WILL call you back (when you have an emergency), saying you'll page the tech and they may not get back to you until the morning would allow someone with an emergency to deal with it before it gets worse. What this feels like is that they want to advertise for 24/7 service, but only of total convenience if they are awake, to do the work.

Unfortunately, a mistake on their part on the job they did cost me 4 toilet and sink repairs. Was charged 3Xs what others would have charged....Never again.

I have known and used USA for almost 19 years...Joe Martinez, the owner, plumbed my house when I had it built and has been there for me ever since.

Today, Jason installed a new ejector pump and he did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards too!

USA is the way to go. After attempting a failed do-it-yourself repair and spending the night with a very leaky bathroom fixture I called three different companies and was told the earliest repair would be 24 hours away. This was a problem considering the frequency of emptying the container catching the drip. I called USA and explained my situation to Joe. He was great, understood my situation, and agreed to work me in as soon as possible. He sent Jason to fix the repair. In a matter of minutes after Jason's arrival he had replaced the cartridge, which I would have been unable to remove by myself, and stopped the leak.

I have had service from other plumbing companies in the past and fell victim to a huge up-sale, which I found both awkward and insulting, as when I was told that my whole toilet needed replacing for the repair of a simple leak. (My father taught me better than that.) There was none of this nonsense with Jason, he was courteous, attended to the repair and asked if there was anything else needing attention. I appreciated his promptness, knowledge and polite personality. I highly recomment this company for your plumbing needs.
