Do not use this company!!!! Terry is a crook!!! He required a deposit for some work we needed done which we paid and hasn't showed up to do any of the work and wont return our phone calls. I hope everyone reads this review and chooses to use a different company.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
We hired USA plumbing to fix an overflowing toilet. Instead of going through the toilet the service person decided to open a pipe in our basement closet that went to the street. Upon opening this pipe raw sewage was spewed all over our basement carpet, walls, Closet, car seat, and couch!!!!!! He finished cleaning the pipe and left the enormous mess. This is a complete health hazard! All of the carpet cleaning companies we called refused to clean out the raw sewage due to the health and safety risks. So we had to tear up a carpet, Hire a cleaning and painting crew for the walls in the closet and Are hiring an upholstery cleaner for the couch. We have called USA PLUMBING over 10 times and they acted sympathetic at first admitting fault, but today (15 days later) they made it clear they are not going to fix this issue. They are negligent. They have put my family at a health risk. AVOID!!!

Terry is the owner of this company I would recommend him to anyone that lives in the Dundee area and beyond. he is prompt he's efficient and he's reasonably priced he follows up and makes sure that the job is done and that you'll not ever have that problem again he is well equipped to do any job and he'll get it done right i have used several other plumbers in the past and No One Compares to Terry and his quality of service I would highly recommend anyone living in this area to use him because he knows the area well and he can work with any Village to get the job done

We used company for a new water heater installation. Upon reviewing my credit card statement, I realized the company charged us twice. I contacted the company immediately. After a brief conversation, he agreed that we were in fact charged twice and said he would fix the problem first thing in the morning and send a confirmation email. However, by 10am the following morning, I still hadn't received an email or phone call. I called him at 10:45, his response was he was going to take care of at 11. By 1:00pm it still was not taken care of. My husband called to discuss the matter with him and the owners response was""do you expect me to wave a wand and it get taken care of?"" Needless to say, 48 hours later, the extra charge is still on our credit card and the owner couldn't have been more rude and disrespectful.Do not use this guy.He does not care about his customers.

Rip Off.... I hired Terry from USA Plumbing to do a job ... completed the and when I questioned the way it was done he said ""let me worry about"" ""if its a problem I'll com back and fix it"" well it was a problem! he answered my call once and said he would fix the problem - he was a no show. i called several times after that and he would not answer.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TOTAL RIP OFF!

I used USA Plumbing to install a sump pump in February 2014. The install went fine and was priced fairly. The problems came afterwards. The sump would not always turn itself off, I'd have to go down and jiggle the pipe to get it to stop. They came out once last year and attempted to fix the problem but it has continued. I'm sure there have been times the sump has run for an entire day or more and will certainly burn itself out soon. Within the past month or so, I made three appointments for USA Plumbing to come out again and fix this problem. They never showed up for any of these appointments, no phone call, nothing! I also left voice mail messages and got no return calls. The last time I called to get this taken care of, the owner (Cary) called me back and apologized and said he would handle this himself the following afternoon. No show, no call!

Three times I've taken the time to make an appointment, made arrangements for someone to be available at my house for the repairman, just to be blown off. I have no more time to waste with this unprofessional business! This should be warranty work for a sump that has a lifetime warranty. Now I'll need to pay another plumber to take care of what should've been handled by USA Plumbing. Not Happy!

Do not use: It was easy to make an 8 o'clock next day appointment and the plumber showed up about 8:15am. The scheduler stated the minimum service charge was $59 and would be credited toward the total for the repair. The plumber worked on the toilet for approximately 20 minutes, replaced a WR (not sure of the price, but let's say $80 or so) with horn and two shims. Without informing me or giving me an estimate, he presented me with a bill for $295. I was shocked and asked him why the big charge, why the visit fee was not deducted and what the cost of the parts was since that was not on the receipt. At this point, the plumber got very defensive and flippant. He asked what I expected the cost to be and maybe I should check with other plumbers. As I became more agitated, he magically changed the total charge to $150, still well above my expected range of $100-125, but nearly half of what he tried to bill me. I am sure there are better plumbers available with reasonable fees who set appropriate expectations. I will not be using USA Plumbing and Sewer again.

BEWARE!!!!! He sent a camera down my sewer pipe to find the problem $350. He said that if i used him to fix the problem he would credit the camera charge. They never gave me credit and I cant get them to return my phone calls.
