USA Plumbing was assigned by American Home Service Platinum Contract for the replacement of my water heater which burst a hole in it. I notified AHS on December 7th and they assigned USA Plumbing for the replacement. It took 2 days for USA Plumbing to actually come out for the 'consultation', and that USA Plumbing Technician stated the report would be uploaded to AHS that afternoon for approval. It is now 3 days later and that report has still not been uploaded to AHS. I contacted USA Plumbing and was told that they have a ""BIG JOB"" they got called to which was more important, and they could not advise me ""when"" they would be completing and uploading the report to AHS. AHS also has been no help, and even lied to me when I contacted them stating ""The report was being completed as we spoke on the phone"" even though USA Plumbing had advised me they had not even started on the form. It is now 4 days since I reported this to AHS, and a few minutes ago AHS told me to call back in 3 more days to 'check' the status!!! I advised both USA Plumbing and AHS that I am 83 years old with health problems and not having hot water is a major problem - but both told me they didn't care. I cannot recommend USA Plumbing at all for anything nor can I no longer recommend the contract service provided through AHS.
