The camera inspection was thourough. Clear images and videos were provided diagnosising the system and what caused the stoppage. Overall our experience was professional and proficient. A great team who were on time and notifications of appointments seamless thru the home warranty company.

I have an emergency plumbing situation where there is literally water coming out of the wall if a shower is used (not a faucet, not even a tile. The DRYWALL). First, they just assigned that they would come out 2/7/2025 between 1-5pm. I understand, it's an emergency, so I'm sure they assumed I would want them out here as soon as possible. They're correct. So I took the day off work to be here for them because they would be at my apartment between 1-5pm. Well, not only did no one ever show up, but I never got any sort of communication at all. It's well after 5pm, no one has been here, and apparently my appointment has been rescheduled to Monday between 11-3, which I only found out through the dispatch link in an email I got when the initial 1-5pm appointment was made.
So tell me, why did I take off work? Why did I sacrifice my time and arrange my schedule for less than 0 communication, and absolutely no solution to water coming out of my walls? Why am I now forced to take another day off work, lose a day's wage, to accommodate a company that isn't even trying to communicate with me what their plan is? Upset is an understatement. Absolutely garbage management of communication.
I completely understand that things get busy, other emergencies happen, jobs take longer than expected, etc. But that needs to be communicated with the customer so they don't throw away their whole day, (and now will have to throw away another) and will still be dealing with the emergency through the weekend. Absolutely awful. Upset and disappointed.

In April I had a plumbing issue at kitchen sink. They were one of plumbing companies recommended by our management company for our condominium. They replied my call first and came in because their company was working on the boilers of the community. They were friendly talking and promising to get job done in a couple of hours. They started working at noon, eventually finished the job around 8 pm. Richard as the family partner worked on it first, then a young guy placed him. They went to buy materials at the homedepot. And said they got wrong items, had to return to the store. They left my house to work on another project. I had to call them back to finish the job in my house.
They should do the snake which was charged but I didn't see.
They text me the bill right way $450 and asked me do a good review at google.
Yesterday evening my kitchen sink was clogged again! I called and left a voice message twice at their office phone number.
Nobody returned my call!
Glad my friend helped me to got a good reputation plumbing company to get the issue fixed!
Just wanted to share my experience!

This company is horrific!!!!! Charged an overinflated amount ( $1000) for a new garbage disposal line and repair. Less than 90 days later same problem with disposal. Second company reviewed work and indicated current disposal needs replacing. Spoke with Richard in dispatch, who says he's part owner. He sent out two emails for scheduled appointments (both NO shows) to make repairs. I contacted Richard for a third request for repairs, he was rude, condescending and informed me multiple attempts were made to rectify issue. NONE is true!!!! This is not how a business should run nor how you treat customers!!!!
