I appreciate the finished project, but it wasn't timely. I received several notifications that the crew was delayed over and over. Originally told I was scheduled between 1-3, the men finally arrived about 6:30, then had to return the following day to finish when they again arrived in the late afternoon. The project was finally finished about 9:30PM. I had two jobs done: installation of a water softener, and a leak under the kitchen sink fixed. The softener was fairly priced, however, the sink only needed a single seal and took about five minutes total to do-the cost-$170- the same cost I was quoted for having a total rebuild done! I'd give the water softener a thumbs up, but the sink is a double thumbs down because of the price.

I was quoted $14,500 for a basic 750gal septic when I have three other quotes around 6500-9000 for a larger 1000 gal. That's highway robbery! I would NOT recommended them. When I asked why it costs so much he said ""materials and permits"" but the permit is only $518 and my other quotes included both labor and materials. This guy is overinflating prices deliberately!! Perc test is no more than $1,000.
