We had a difficult leak assessment to be done. According to our HOA our pipes from our second floor unit go from the outside, up to our water heater, back down to the ground and under the first floor unit, then back up to our unit. USA Leak Detector worked with the downstairs unit quickly and professionally to untangle this mess, pinpointing the leak, determining whose pipes were the ones leaking. Because of the unusual nature of the pipes, they volunteered a payment solution where they would complete the assessment first and then bill the unit responsible for the leak. That was great problem solving and customer service.

Came out twice to try and find leak. First said it was a leaky faucet - fixed that, not the problem. Next said it was the valve into the house - fixed that not the problem. Said they would come back after valve replacement and make sure leak was fixed - no show. Water company shows a continuous leak for 10 days now. So sorry I went with USA Leak.

USA Leak Detector saved the day for our plumbing emergency. We had a leak that turned into some flooding so we had an emergency on our hands. They came and diagnosed where the leak was in the house and discussed how to fix it, they offered to do the repair, but I went with a different plumber. That was a nightmare. On the third day of realizing this plumber was not a good choice, the Leak Detectors came in to asses his work. They were prompt, checked every water source in the house, diagnosed the problem, prepared the estimate, left for materials, dismantled the subpar work, completed the job, and mopped their way out in under 7 hours. Steve was great with communication and scheduling. Jose was fantastic at going over everything with me thoroughly. They were all extremely professional. I hope I don't have another emergency on my hands again, but if I do I will be calling them first.

Another plumber suggest i call them to determine where my water main leak was since it was under concrete. Steve and Kahlil came out quickly and were able to determine the source of the leak and provide a quote. I wasn't able to get anyone else to quote so i had them come out to fix it the next day. They stuck to the quote even though it ended up being more work. They made my water main leak much less difficult to deal with.

They came right away upon request of service, appearing professional and offering lots of suggestions. However, they offered outrageous price for the fix knowing that it's urgently needed. I ended up hiring another company to come and discover the leak was not at the location they had pinpointed. I was very disappointed for paying a high price for their professional services that didn't help to solve the problem.

Thank you Shane! My father in law went without water for over a month. We live on 4 acres and the plumbing is all over this 4 acres. Shane walked the entire property and never stopped until he found the leak. Father in law now has water!

USA Leak found my initial leak.
It was located in one of my outdoor sprinkler valves.
After had it fixed, I still had another small leak. (about 0.2 gal/hour)
They came out, and eventually needed to use helium, but they found it even this tiny leak.

They were professional, friendly, and effective.

Think twice before you use this company. If you are asked to pay for services up front, do yourself a favor and insist on paying only after they have performed the service.
I am experiencing water leaks in my home and sought their services to take moisture measurements, and identify the like sources/causes of the leaks. I was asked to pay for services and sign documents up front before any work was done. Promises were made about using the latest leak detection equipment and providing a report with the moisture measurements taken and images from the use of their infrared camera. One technician went so far as to promise that they'd be coming back within the next 30 days to ensure the job was done right, including taking measurements on a rainy day. That did not happen. Instead, they made an appointment on a date that I said I could not be available. I arranged for them to have access and raced back from my appointment but they were already gone. They then sent me a written report devoid of any moisture or other measurement data and incorrect information about the location of the leaks. When I asked them to submit a corrected report, they said that they don't provide certification, which is not what I asked for. I simply wanted the report to reflect the measurements and images they took and indicate the likely locations/sources of the leaks. They did not. So rather than helping to solve the problem, they took advantage of the situation and just took my money. I've asked for a refund and would not recommend using them.

Called and spoke with David. Hired them for a main line leak in my house. They used their equipment and found the exact area of leak. Cheapest leak detection I found. Highly recommend.
