He knows what he's talking about and he cares. You may be hesitant at first, if he recommends jetting instead of snaking, because it's more expensive. We went with jetting, and I'm glad we did. When they do jetting, they send a video camera down to inspect the length of the drain. They will share a video of the drain with you so you can see for yourself what the problem is. For us, they removed all the roots that had grown into the sewer drain and they discovered that we had a broken pipe. They were able to mark the spot where the breakage occurred on the pavement above. Now we need to excavate the broken piece of pipe. Fortunately, our insurance will help us out with that major project. NOTE: Check your insurance policy before hiring a drain cleaning service, because some policies only cover certain contractors. I'm glad we went with USA Jetting. The price was reasonable. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Simply great. My drains were clogged and caused a flood at my house. I wanted my drains hydro jetted and forgo the snake route. I called a bunch of companies to get a ballpark estimate which ranged from $650 to $1,200!

When I got to USA Jetting, my call was answered by a professional and polite lady who took down my information and gave me their estimate which was much less than Roto Rooter's quote and a bunch of other companies. She then told me she can get a technician out this afternoon so I booked him.

Turned out to be another polite and professional young man by the name of Hector. He arrived a bit late due to traffic coming in from NY. He was very apologetic. I asked him if I can observe his work, he didn't mind. He assessed the problem, told me what was going on and gave me the company's price which was right on the spot what the lady had told me over the phone. They also had a Memorial Day coupon which took off 35% of the quoted price. The entire time he explained what he was doing and kindly answered all of my questions. Hector took his time doing the service making sure not to short hand a customer. Hector used a camera and snaked it into the drain to see what was in there. He jetted the entire drain, rinsed and repeated on all of my drains! Then he showed me with the camera again that there may be a sagging drain that may need to be replaced in the future. He cleaned up everything after his work.

Overall, I was very pleased with Hector and the company for performing an extraordinary service!Muchísimas gracias!

Contacted them via email regarding a clogged kitchen drain, answered my preliminary questions by mail and then made an appointment for an assessment and estimate. He was running a bit later than expected and let me know ahead of the appointment that this was the case.

He came and assessed the problem, gave us a reasonable quote and then cleaned the drain. He was able to show us the sludge via a camera before cleaning and again after the work was completed.

Very happy with the service, very professional would recommend to anyone that needs this type of service.
