Unfortunately a zero rating is not an option. I made an appointment to have a discharge pipe scoped, confirmed the appointment four days in advance. USA Drain never showed up, never returned multiple phone calls that day. I never heard from them again and would never think of using them. Awful to be treated like that.

USA Drains is simply the best. The owner Joe is a top notch business owner. Called (914) 314-1144 and Joe answered. He assured me everything would be fine and he came right over. No more DIY - Joe is our first and last call from now on!!!

Our bathtub was hopelessly clogged. I called Joe Cunningham at USA Drains and he came the next day. He was perplexed by the clog, as it seemed impenetrable. He finally got the snake through and the clog was cleared. Joe was so sweet and friendly! He used his cool camera to see if he could see beyond the trap. I highly recommend USA Drains. Responsible, respectful and hard working. Great job!

I recently called upon USA Drains to my home for a clogged septic line. They fixed my line for a reasonable amount. They were quick to respond and very professional. Other companies I called were crazy expensive. I also called them back to replace my bathroom water fixtures. I was very happy with the results. I would recommend them to my friends.
