I wanted to take some time to do a special shout out to USA Drain & Plumbing Works and their leadership team, Steven and Roger.
I have had the pleasure of knowing the Miranda brothers and working with their company for several years. They have always assisted me in a timely manner as well as my clients. Their professionalism along with the attitude and respect of their employees is top notch. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. It is rare in this busy, technology oriented world to find a company that still has their foundation, courtesy, consistency and completeness on their jobs. You will not be disappointed in the value you receive from them!

I am posting a new review in response to the business owner who refuted my original review. Her rebuttal information is absolutely NOT accurate. Again, I stand by my original review and have receipts and bank records to prove it. They charge $300-350 an hour. We know because we paid it. WE bought our own parts. They did not bring a single part with them. Who ever heard of a plumber who doesn't have parts? When our regular handyman got back from vacation he charged me $200 for the job they quoted us $2,000 for. They absolutely were not even here three hours which includes both trips. Outrageous price gouging and then calls me a liar.

Came out within an hour on a Saturday and saved a major plumbing issue of ours!! tried other plumbers who didn't even answer so definitely call them if you're in a pinch!

Our dryer bit the dust, so I ordered a new set from Home Depot. My stepdad was disconnecting everything, and our old, corroded washer box broke. Water started squirting out. With the delivery coming the next day I needed it fixed ASAP. This place came out in the morning and quoted us. It was quite pricey and an unexpected cost so my mom and I were bummed. Eric was very nice and could see we were in a bind. He phoned into the office and got it lowered by $200. I did get at least one other quote and USA Drain and Plumbing works was $45 less. They got the job done fast, same day and appear to use quality metal parts, not plastic. I'm happy with the service, the quality and their empathy because everything cost an arm and a leg nowadays. I would use again!! Thank you!

Just had these guys out to resolve a drain issue. This experience is after an initial consult with another rooter company that was not satisfactory. While I did not proceed with the remediation they were all the things that seem to be missing today in service companies. Matthew and company were timely, professional and responsive. Highly recommended for their services

Boy, did we get lucky !
We had a real emergency with recent hurricane Hillary flooding ! Water, mud and debris came barreling down from up the street, down our Arroyo, and right into our beautiful, pristine pond that irrigates our whole property and also is a life source for the wildlife here.

I looked on yelp and called USA drain, Roger answered right away, which is a rarity these days, and he agreed that he would come look at the job in a couple of hours, which is unheard of nowadays, let alone the crisis in the valley here with the hurricane/storm flooding . He arrived promptly assessed the job and quickly got back to me with a quote and details of what would be done the following day.
Next day came, four guys were here working for nearly 6 hours draining our pond and continuously flushing it with fresh water to get layer after layer of mud out. It was a very difficult and strenuous day, but they were resilient and stuck with it, and they were filthy and exhausted, but still very professional, especially Matthew, who did everything we asked in terms of being very careful with dumping the mud elsewhere on our property and all of the important logistics !
Our pond was so contaminated, and so difficult that it absolutely required the strength of their truck/pump, and also their high powered Jetter to blast the mud off of our pond rocks.
In conclusion, we couldn't have done it without them and we needed it in a hurry to get back up online as it is our method of irrigating, our dates and citrus, etc.. Thanks to everyone involved at USA drain & Plumbing Works, you guys are amazing !
