USA came out yesterday and gave us a quote --in line with others we received. The team was on site at 8 am and have been working til 8pm to fix our leaky, broken sewer pipe. They have been most professional, respectful and diligent with the repair and letting us know how the whole process worked. Thank you for re-lining our clay sewer pipe to prevent future root intrusion.

My vacation rental in Palm Springs always has plumbing issues and I've had many plumbers come out to my home. After doing a search on Yelp, I decided on giving USA a call. I'm so glad I did because Steven and his team are seriously one of the best! Steven is professional, articulate, and extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy. He truly cares about his customers and will go out of his way to ensure that communication is seamless. I've had several emergency issues with my guests and they are always available and on time to snake the line. However, recently Raul and Roy came out to ""hydro-jet"" the clog and roots from my sewer line, which is so much better than snaking! They even took the time to explain and showed me via the camera the causes for the chronic backups. These guys are amazing! So kind, so experienced, and not salesy at all!! I give them the highest recommendation!

Had a water related emergency on Sunday morning, (of all days ), and of course, a lot of places were closed, including our usual plumber. We were fortunate enough to come across USA Drain and Plumbing, in our time of need. They responded in less than 30 minutes and were at the house in under two hours. A Sunday night. I arrive at my desert vacation retreat after an eleven hour drive to find that all four toilets are backed up, not flushing or draining properly. I panic and consult Yelp and search for drain cleaning services. USA Drain and Plumbing says their service is available 24/7. Curious, I called and was stunned to get an immediate answer. After describing my dilemma the serviceman asked if I would like someone to come out immediately--what a pleasant surprise! I ended up having two septic tanks full of roots as well as the main line to the house blocked solid with roots. It also came to light that my leach field was completely failed and had been for some time. All the work was completed in three days with multiple crews attending each step of the process. Wow. Fast, clean, knowledgeable and professional. Matthew took point on this and kept me informed every step of the way. This was a huge job and I was pleased to find that financing the cost at extremely attractive terms was offered me. I just can't say enough about how wonderfully this nightmare job was handled. Every crew member seemed to truly enjoy their job and they worked as a team. Excellent work USA Drain and Plumbing!

These guys are amazing professionals. I reviewed them on google also. They get the job done right and with some of the highest quality parts. They came out on an emergency plumbing issue. The bill was reasonable for the hard work that these guys put in. $3500, he replaced the water main in the garage, and the geyser spewing in the front yard. They were here for about 5 hours. They had to call MSWD to come out and find the water shut off. They worked with MSWD hand in hand to get service restored. It is rare that you find this level of professionalism, and rare to find a company that cares this much about their customer. again thank you guys for the work you did on 9/17/2024. I know that one of the reviews here is connected to mine, and although it is a negative one, my experience to this scary emergency was a genuinely AMAZING one. You have done me a huge favor, and saved me a huge headache and gave me access to water again.

Do not use unless you want to be extorted for paying $800/hour for plumbing work. Our tenant at a single-family home called them after-hours (without our knowledge) to fix a water leak that was outside the home in the garage. We got an invoice for a whopping $3500 for 2-3 hours of work for 2 guys. We said the invoice was ridiculous and we had other plumbers quote us $800 based on the scope of work and pictures they provided. At most, the parts needed were $250-300 and there was no digging machinery needed, so the rest is all purely labor. They said ""we're going to get our money one way or the other and will not negotiate; we will lien your property if we don't get paid in full"". They even called our tenant directly and threatened them that they were going to lien the home for non-payment, and they could potentially get kicked out. I've never had such a poor experience with a plumbing company in my 25 years in real estate. The fact they have 5.0 star rating on here is astonishing. They're essentially billed us $800/hour in labor for a routine plumbing repair that involved digging up a leaking water line and replacing a leaking pressure-regulator valve, and then threatened both us and our tenants when we disputed their bill. Truly unbelievable. We do not plan on paying them the inflated amount they are requesting.

These guys are professional and do an incredible job. In all honesty, I have never worked with a contractor with their attention to detail. They are extremely hard working, nice to work with and truly take pride in their work. Matthew was our technician and explained the work to be done, upfront charges and followed through until the job was completed. Cleanup was just as meticulous and they left everything better than when they arrived.
