Do not use unless you want to be extorted for paying $800/hour for plumbing work. Our tenant at a single-family home called them after-hours (without our knowledge) to fix a water leak that was outside the home in the garage. We got an invoice for a whopping $3500 for 2-3 hours of work for 2 guys. We said the invoice was ridiculous and we had other plumbers quote us $800 based on the scope of work and pictures they provided. At most, the parts needed were $250-300 and there was no digging machinery needed, so the rest is all purely labor. They said ""we're going to get our money one way or the other and will not negotiate; we will lien your property if we don't get paid in full"". They even called our tenant directly and threatened them that they were going to lien the home for non-payment, and they could potentially get kicked out. I've never had such a poor experience with a plumbing company in my 25 years in real estate. The fact they have 5.0 star rating on here is astonishing. They're essentially billed us $800/hour in labor for a routine plumbing repair that involved digging up a leaking water line and replacing a leaking pressure-regulator valve, and then threatened both us and our tenants when we disputed their bill. Truly unbelievable. We do not plan on paying them the inflated amount they are requesting.

These guys are professional and do an incredible job. In all honesty, I have never worked with a contractor with their attention to detail. They are extremely hard working, nice to work with and truly take pride in their work. Matthew was our technician and explained the work to be done, upfront charges and followed through until the job was completed. Cleanup was just as meticulous and they left everything better than when they arrived.

Matthew from USA Drain came out on a Saturday morning to replace our 3-year old water pressure regulator. He was very professional, arrived on time and did a great job. I highly recommend USA Drain and plumbing.

I have had the pleasure of knowing the Miranda brothers and working with their company for several years. They have always assisted me in a timely manner as well as my clients. Their professionalism along with the attitude and respect of their employees is top notch. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. It is rare in this busy, technology oriented world to find a company that still has their foundation, courtesy, consistency and completeness on their jobs. You will not be disappointed in the value you receive from them!

I am posting a new review in response to the business owner who refuted my original review. Her rebuttal information is absolutely NOT accurate. Again, I stand by my original review and have receipts and bank records to prove it. They charge $300-350 an hour. We know because we paid it. WE bought our own parts. They did not bring a single part with them. Who ever heard of a plumber who doesn't have parts? When our regular handyman got back from vacation he charged me $200 for the job they quoted us $2,000 for. They absolutely were not even here three hours which includes both trips. Outrageous price gouging and then calls me a liar.

Our dryer bit the dust, so I ordered a new set from Home Depot. My stepdad was disconnecting everything, and our old, corroded washer box broke. Water started squirting out. With the delivery coming the next day I needed it fixed ASAP. This place came out in the morning and quoted us. It was quite pricey and an unexpected cost so my mom and I were bummed. Eric was very nice and could see we were in a bind. He phoned into the office and got it lowered by $200. I did get at least one other quote and USA Drain and Plumbing works was $45 less. They got the job done fast, same day and appear to use quality metal parts, not plastic. I'm happy with the service, the quality and their empathy because everything cost an arm and a leg nowadays. I would use again!! Thank you!
