so far, so good! David just finished the job in 3 days! The transformation is wonderful! The installer, David, was respectful, prompt, worked hard, didn't mess up my home in any way, and the job is beautiful! It took too long to schedule me and caused me to miss work for the 3 days as I contracted in Feb and they didn't schedule until August and I expected it to happen in the summer.

USA bath replaced my large tub with a huge shower and was very pleased with the service they did, however 1 1/12 years later I had them come back to do both of my bathrooms. it took 8 months to finally install. the work was rushed and not done well. The worker left a mess and did a poor job of installation. The manager, after a month said he would make it right and sent the same kid who did not make it right. I guess once they get the money they are done. Not to mention both times after install that wanted more money. No paper work, no breakdown of what cost what. I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

That is more than I can say for all the other companies I originally reached out to for a quote. The end result is beautiful and I am so pleased!

We were in the market to remodel our shower. Two quotes came in at outrageous prices, needless to say we were very discouraged and we decided to bring in USA bath to see what they could do for us and maintain our budget. The price was right, the plan was right, and the project was approved to move forward. Customer Service was outstanding and the professionalism of the installer was 2nd to none. In the end we were very happy with the outcome of the remodel, the family was thrilled with their new shower/bath and now we are looking to remodel our master bathroom. Thank you USA bath we couldn't be happier.

In week 23, there has been very scant contact and no installation date has been set. According to their installation schedule, I should be notified about an installation date between weeks 17 and 22. Honestly, I don't think it will happen anytime soon. This original salesperson hasn't followed up on any requests or questions. I called on May 5 to see if my materials had arrived and been checked in and they were. I was told that I would receive a call by the end of the next week, May 11. I did not receive a call through May 17, so I have to call them. No answer from the person who I am supposed to talk to, she called back and I call back 5 minutes later only to get her voicemail. So far, I have enjoyed choosing materials for my two updated showers. However, the lack of communication is frustrating and concerning. I will provide an update when the showers are complete.
