sales rep came to my house did all his calculations said they could install a walk-in tub by Kohler during his presentation I asked him if my 40 gallon water heater was fine he said yes he lied its not even close to being enough hot water to fill it

We had a tub/shower and just a shower replaced by USA Bath. They were done at different times with different installers. Both installers were friendly, professional and meticulous. They left the house and driveway clean. There was a misunderstanding on one small item and USA Bath was very responsive and the situation was resolved to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the results.

I was asked by US Bath for a review: Firstly: Yes, I signed the contract. I should have gotten more quotes on my bathrooms... I found out too late that I am paying at least DOUBLE what others would charge for the same quality products and a more thorough job. I cannot recommend the use of US Baths through Home Depot... it is ridiculously expensive and the bathrooms are NOT complete. It took about 4 MONTHS before work began on bath #1. After they 'finished' the job, I had to do the touch up paint, put in my own new vanity, sink, faucet, etc.). The gentleman that did the work was professional and very nice. It is the Home Depot/US Bath situation that I'm not happy about. This is my honest and truthful review & opinion.

An even worse experience.
Neither of these bathrooms are $18,000 nice, especially bath #2. This total project cost 36K (both vanities & toilets were already mine), and I had to fix the damage to the walls from their demolition and do the painting myself (see pictures attached). The worker used a saw IN my bedroom/bathroom. This does not seem right and did not occur during my 1st bathroom project (he did all the cutting outside). There was sawdust EVERYWHERE!! This caused my asthma to exacerbate!! The coughing and inhaler use was constant..... luckily I know a Respiratory Care Practitioner that helped me improve my breathing!
To top things off, I was witness to very inappropriate & unprofessional behavior by a manager & worker in which I felt necessary to file a complaint. I am pretty upset by the entire situation and deeply regret signing a contract with US Bath- Home Depot. Sadly, I simply cannot recommend this company. I love to leave glowing reviews for businesses, however, it is not the case for this one.

After our mother passed away, she left behind a lot of hoarding issues that my sister and I had to deal with. Along with having elderly, hoarding parents, there were a multitude of unfinished projects and indecisiveness on completing said projects. We finally had the chance to get the ball rolling on updating our parents aging house.

One of the first important issues on our very long list was to have the master bathroom remodeled. We could not immediately afford to have the whole bathroom done, so we settled on getting the shower renovated as a priority. It was in bad shape which involved, leaking, dry rot, tiles falling apart, and all in a small, confined space.

After making the decision to hire USA Bath, they required a $1,000 deposit. I guess they are extremely busy, because we had to wait about 4 months to get the work started. But once the day arrived, the friendly and courteous contractor arrived and worked hard at getting the shower enlarged a few more inches, removing all of the rotten, moldy areas, and replacing the interior with a shiny new non-porous ""wall surround"" material. They included upgraded plumbing, shower head, soap dish, grab bar and folding wood seat. It was completed in just a few days time! The only issue was that the soap dish is a bit crooked, but not noticeable enough to make a big deal about it.

We are very satisfied with the final results. My sister and I want to make my dad's life a little more comfortable now in his advanced years and USA Bath helped us out with that. In the meantime, there are still more projects for us to complete!

Absolutely awesome job tearing out a cracked bathtub and replacing it with a shower. Their installer Paully Battista was professional on time each day and was a perfectionist. Very polite and covered our carpets while here. I highly recommend USA Bath to everyone.

My only negative comment would be about Mathew, the salesman who sold me the remodeling package. When he was selling it and we asked how many days would we be without a shower he told us that a crew of 4 or 5 guys would knock it out in just a couple of days because everything is pre fabricated. Unfortunately that didn't happen. One guy showed up saying he was it. We did not think to get the guarantee of 2 days in writing so we had to go 4 and a half days without a shower. But, I can only say great things about Paully who worked tirelessly trying to get this shower done as fast as he could. He would arrive at 7:30 am and work straight til dark. He was polite, professional and efficient. His work shows how good he is. He was able to get our shower a built almost a whole day sooner and we appreciate that he went above and beyond for us. Would recommend this company to others. Thanks again Paully!

We just completed our bathtub conversion and countertop replacement with USA Bath. We are extremely pleased with the entire process. We received three bids on our project, including USA Bath, which was the most reasonably priced. Our rep, Nick, walked us through the project options, pricing and time line. He was available throughout the time that we waited for the work to begin (6 months) and responded to our questions and requests for changes to our remodel in a timely and thorough manner. The six month wait for the work to begin was stated by all three of the contractors who bid our project - so that wait time was not out of the ordinary. Our installer, Isael, showed up on time all three days, was continuously working while he was at our house and made sure that disruptions and dust/dirt were kept to a minimum. Bottom line we got what we expected, there were no surprises and we are satisfied with the customer service we received. That's how all businesses should operate!
