I have two bathrooms in my home. One I had a shower installed and am very happy with it. The other bathroom was a complete remodel and again I am very happy. There was one small issue regarding a medicine cabinet but it has been resolved. The installers were professional and courteous. The office staff and other employees I dealt with were also professional and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

While it took over 7 months from our first appointment to getting it completed literally days before Christmas we're happy with our bathroom. We had our connected bath and shower redone. I will say that even with all the hiccups they handle things very professionally and do care about their customers and making things right. I appreciated that.

We are very happy with our bathrooms! There were a few minor problems but the customer service from Liz was exemplary and in the end everything is exactly what we wanted!
Joe and Ivan came to install and were on time every day, kept all areas clean, and kept us in the loop on every step of the install!

I used this company a few years ago to install their product as well as a deep jetted tub. I paid a pretty penny for it. The install went well and it looks great. The only problem I had was the pain or finish flecking off the faucet and drain stopper. After contacting the company I was told that the parts were not under warranty. I then spoke with Brad who arranged to replace the said parts for me. The work was done promptly and professionally.

For a small new acrylic shower replacement and demo of a fiberglass shower, they ripped my 83 y/o mom off to the tune of $9000!! WTH! The final project may look great, but with a husband who has emphasema and recently returned from hospital after a bout of pneumonia the timing was not good. My mom said she has been wating months to have the project done and did not want to delay it longer so did not cancel it. But, none the less, they promised her they were very clean with the whole demo and install process! NOT!!! A very nice guy comes out to do demo and puts down a cloth walkway, and did not leave junk anywhere, but that was it as for clean! The fine white fiberglass dust infiltrated and blanketed the whole house and we were all coughing by the evening, eyes and noses irritated. Both the old folks are on breathing apparatuses at night and I didn't want to take the chances seeing the irritating dust could really be a health issue for them that we had to go to a hotel and plan to have a professional come and clean the fine dust from the house. I spent an hour dusting and vacuuming after contractor left the first day, but did not touch all the dust so we went to walgreens to get masks. A contractor should know to tape up a plastic drape over entry to bathroom and set up a negative pressure system with a fan and a vaccum to keep the dust sequestered to the bathroom and suctioned up during the demolition of the old fiberglass shower stall, instead of allowing the fine white dust to infiltrate the whole home. As for 'cleaning-up' in general, yes, but in doing the job correctly to prevent major clean up and health issues for the homeowner, that they did not! This company clearly does not provide the needed equipment or training to do the job correctly, at least not in such a way as to not cause unnecessary hardship to the homeowner. They are clearly gouging the customer/homeowner and paying their employees probably peanuts to do a dirty job with out the proper equipment or training. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. TOO EXPENSIVE AND DID NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE CONTAINMENT OF THE FINE DUST FROM DEMO OF FIBERGLASS STALL.

Had both of my bathrooms done, cost $15000 and when I get in my shower everyday, I hate what they did. The décor is good, however, they adjusted my water pressure and it is nowhere near what I had prior to them doing my remodel. I would not do it again as I really used to like my shower, now it's just a trinkle and not anywhere near what I used to love about my showers.
Plus it cost way to much for me to curse them every morning and evening when I just want to enjoy a nice shower.

3/2017 Turns out that it is California regulations that affected the water flow. Guess it was the drought. They did come and fix it so I'm happier now, Benito did a great job with the design and I just wish they would have told me first about what to expect.

Be afraid of this company. I have a very small bathroom that needed an update. I signed the contract in August of 2016 and they finished last night January 18th 2017. I kid you not. So after waiting over 3-4 months for the vanity, I find out they ordered the wrong size. Now I'm back to waiting months for them to get a new one. Then they had to wait an additional 3-4 weeks for a sink. Ridiculous. They even sent a supervisor out just before Christmas to get me to pay the remainder due, or at least a portion. I refused to pay anything until it was finished. So, in compensating me for a job that took 5 months to complete, they gave me a $200 credit. Unbelievable. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Be careful if you have any idea about using these people. We contracted for a $9,000 bath remodel and got jerked around pretty good. It was a good but painful lesson about assuming that their reps actually know what they are selling. We signed a contract for specific work to be done. After the legal recision period had passed (3 days) we were told that they could not actually do the work as contracted. When I requested a refund of deposit to move on, the story changed again. Suddenly they could do it. It became a confidence issue for us. Not willing to gamble $9,000 to find out which story of theirs was true. Things got legal on their side and they refused to refund the deposit. I wouldn't use these guys under any circumstances. I'd rather stand in the backyard under a hose than let them touch my house.

I called their 800# from a radio advertisement heard on a local radio station (Sacramento ). Got a quick call back, but the guy was super pushy. I told him what I was looking for and he was insistent on me and my family ALL being at a 90 min. presentstion. When I indicated that wasn't what I was willing to do he became abrupt and rude....seemingly put out that I wasn't playing along with his script.

After several minutes of him being unhappy with me and asking more questions from the script we finally set a date to meet. On the day of the appointment (I had to reschedule several things to accommodate this meeting) I get a call from Ryan (spl?) Indicating he thought our meeting was an hour later then what was scheduled. He seemed unhappy that I couldn't reschedule and began a sales pitch over the phone. I again explained what I needed, and he immediately shut down and worked harder to break contact then to follow up with what I needed.

Ultimately, he decided that we weren't the right fit because I wasn't going to tell him how much I was willing to pay and wouldn't budge on paying 6k for an entire bath remodel.

Over priced, rude, and looking for an easy sale. Good luck with making it in a competitive and barging hungry environment.
