2yrs ago my husband flagged down Louis Jr in the Lowe's parking lot. He followed my husband home, trouble shot our AC unit and repaired on the spot. We've called no one else since! Yesterday they installed a brand new unit for us. We were offered 3 options and educated on each. The crew was courteous and efficient, I wouldn't know they've even been here except for the fabulous cool air once again flowing thru the vents! They are our go-to for HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Francisco Jr. is a great young man! Excellent service, prompt, professional and trustworthy. He came out to my home on three occasions and each time he provided excellent and prompt service. He serviced and moved my ac unit and placed it on a concrete pad. Later he installed, with his colleagues, my attic ""air scrubber"" for a ""healthier home"" and to help maintain my air ducts clean all year long. They were in and out. Excellent company due to their employees!

Our A/C went out and when the company we regularly use wasn't able to get to us for a few days we search for other companies and found USA Air Conditioning & Heating. They were able to get to us right away and ended up being a better value than what we'd been quoted by our regular company. We would definitely use them again for our heating and A/C needs.

I called them because my heater wasn't working and Francisco G. came over super fast. He was professional and knew exactly what to do... I even watched the way he carried his ladder, not scraping any of the walls. After fixing the problem he even taped up the heater. These guys are good!

Our AC went out last Friday afternoon and everyone knows that HVAC companies are running ragged in the Valley. Luckily (or not), a family member's AC had also just stopped working. USA Air Conditioning and Heating to the rescue! We obtained Mike's contact info from our family member and Mike came right over to check things out. Unfortunately we had to replace our AC unit and furnace but Mike gave us a reasonable quote and got to work finding us a unit! While they weren't able to start work on a Friday evening, they supplied us with a portable cooler for the weekend. They delivered the new unit as soon as it was available and installed it as scheduled. The crew showed up at 6am as promised and were courteous and professional. After the work was completed (and well within their estimated time for work), they cleaned up and made sure everything was working and the house was COOL!! Definitely a pleasant experience with USA Air Conditioning and Heating. Mike was super responsive to any questions/concerns we had and made sure his crew was on time and doing their thing. Thank you to Mike, Andrew, Miguel, and Yosi!!

Francisco is the best! My daughters house was 90 degrees! She has a dog and a cat. Her poor cat was lying flat on the floor. She was miserable. Francisco came out at 10 pm and quickly diagnosed and repaired her air conditioner. Francisco was curteous and professional. I highly recommend USA Air Contioning & Heating for all of your A/C needs, especially when you have an emergency!

Francisco Sr and his guys are incredible! He always responded to me via text or phone immediately. His guys were able to go out the very next day after I closed on my house to replace the coil for my a/c. They bought the parts immediately and showed up on time the next day, did the replacement, and texted me pictures since I wasn't in the area. They also did a very small repair for free as well. I couldn't recommend them more. If you are thinking of hiring them you should definitely contact them now! I will be reaching out to them for any future HVAC needs I have.
