I have worked with Ross on multiple homes and for the $100 inspection, you can't beat it. Saved 1 client buying a home, $850 when they found a tree root in the sewer line and it would have eventually backed up the line. You never know what the condition of your sewer lines are until you have a video inspection.

Rental property blew a water main in its backyard. Big, unpredictable and expensive repair. I had no time to inspect the damage, hence I was only willing to employ a business with whom I highly trusted.

There are two major considerations here - Quality of work and price. I can only comment on what my tenant reported which was the work looked great. Shortly after the repair was complete, my tenant mentioned the sprinklers are were not working properly, Ross had someone out the next day and solved the issue at no charge, no questions asked.

Ross' price was substantially less than all his competitors. The invoicing, communication and electronic payment methods were very convenient. I strongly recommend seeking as estimate from this company before making a plumbing repair decision.

Ross is very flexible, professional, and takes his time explaining everything. US Trenchless replaced our sewer line in 2.5 days with just two guys. They were so polite and clean and respectful of our property and the fact that we have dogs. When they were backfilling everything in, they even asked if we'd like them to fill in some other holes on the property. The entire process was fantastic - highly recommended.
