WORST Experience, WORST customer service!!!!!!!!The owner of this establishment sucks. My husband and I, had an emergency on Xmas eve regarding our Tennant's! The owner was too busy on his phone to help.....WAIT FOR THIS! He actually towed my husbands car!!!!!! ON CHRISTMAS EVE lol. We had our 4 children with us. Come to find out, the bill for the tow was $350. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this place he ruined our Christmas!!!!

I visited Us Supply in Ardmore about 6 months ago and got a new 50 gallon Rheem Water heater. The guys at the counter really helped me out and explained the different products since I wasn't sure what size I needed. I had my plumber put it in and all was well until last week when it stopped working. My plumber looked at it and said I will need a replacement. I went back to the Ardmore store and they took care of me right away with no issues. My plumber went and picked up the new unit and swapped out the old one and brought it back to the store. I was skeptical going to US supply since the other reviews said they are more for plumbers and are a wholesaler. I worried about nothing because they treated me with respect and were very professional. If you need anything that is plumbing or Air conditioning the US Supply in Ardmore is the go to place for home owners or plumbers. You don't get that kind of help at Home Depot or Lowes. Thanks

This place sucks. then don't stand behind the products they sell. I bought a $1000 rheem water heater 3 years ago. yesterday I had to pay $633 to have it repaired and us supply was zero help and Rheem was even worse. us supply should not sell products they don't stand behind and that the manufacturer doesn't stand behind. don't shop here. weinstein and ferguson are way better

US supply is a plumbing wholesaler, for plumbers. Home Depot is for home owners. If you where paying the plumber $100+ per hour you would want them to wait on him before homeowners that have no clue what they're looking for in the first place.

Very Poor customer service. It was recommended that that my wife email make an appointment to come in and look at faucets for our project. Her email was unanswered 2 days later so we called them. Who ever answered passed us through to a voice mail. 2 days later and that voicemail was left unanswered, so we called again. The woman who answered was really unhelpful and said the earliest she could get us in was in a week and a half. But even then, she was pretty dismissive and it was almost as if she was discouraging us from coming in. At this point my wife said 'no thanks"". She told me ""I don't even want to do business with these people.""

Only licensed plumbers need to stop here. Made me wait until all the plumbers were done with their giant orders. Then told me they have never seen a piece like mine and had no idea where to get it. My plumber went to the same store 2 days later got the piece and installed it.
