They've been to my place twice in the last two months. I've been dealing with toilet issues this whole time first time charged me to get some wipes out of the toilet. Plumbing issues didn't stop and now their was a leak in a bedroom. They came out here pulled my carpet. Broke my blinds and window screen all to tell me there was no leak. Still having plumbing issues had to hire a second plumber whom found roots growing into my toilet which y'all would've found if you would've pulled the toilet as well. And to top it all off two of the three men that were in and out of my house were so rude and left all their trash and dirt behind and damaged my property. Absolutely unacceptable.

We had a problem with our shower on Tuesday, 5/2/2023, so I called our home coverage company and turned in a work order. Of course they couldn't find a plumber on their authorized list to come and fix the problem, so finally on Wednesday, 5/3/2023 they gave me authorization to find my own plummer. I made a call to US Rooter at 11:30 AM and spoke to Dianne, the lady in their office. She said she would send someone to assess the problem. She called back in less than 30 minutes and said someone was on their way. The plumber, Rick arrived and took a look and said he would not only assess the problem, but would fix it. He pulled the broken part, went and picked up a new one and installed it. Problem fixed! So, from the time I called the office and the Rick fixed the problem was less than three hours; amazing! Rick was very courteous and professional and even cleaned our second shower head to give us better pressure. Absolutely awesome! I recommend US Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service!!

Cusses people out, uses people, unprofessional. Someone had a ridiculous experience with them, the man is extremely un professional and was cussing them and trying to shut their water off for no reason.
Looking at the Facebook page it looks like more than one person went thru this

They're the absolute worst plumbers in the area. The office staff is rude and the plumbers screwed up twice before they finally fixed the problem, at my expense of course.

I've used their services multiple times for miscellaneous plumbing issues. Today we needed our septic tank pumped, because it was way over due. They were able to schedule us in a timely manner. They finished the job in no time flat! I was truly impressed! Their staff is always very friendly and knowledgable about what they do, so if you have any questions I would contact them! I'm so glad we have this kind of service in the hi-desert! I will continue to use them for all future plumbing issues that may arise. Thank you!!!

The first 2 times, first time it was repiping from house to septic tank, they did a good job with 3 workers and Bill on site supervised the job. Second time it was to snake plugged pipe, it was an older guy so you can tell he's very experienced, took care of it in an hour or so. However, ever since Bill retired their job competency has gone down the toilet. They sent out a very young guy to snake the clogged pipe, came here for 10 minutes, didn't know what he was doing, didn't clear the pipe and said he had to come back. Incomplete job, did not clear the pipe, but charging a whopping $340!! The pipe was STILL plugged! My roommate at the time used to do property maintenance spent 4 hours on a weekend got it worked! When I bought another investment property in March 2019, seller paid $100 for them to locate and flag the septic tank because the land is 3 acres and seller did not know the septic was, and it was in our purchase agreement that seller to mark the septic tank. When we closed escrow, there were holes on the ground but there were no flag whatsoever to locate the septic. ANOTHER incomplete job. Then they sent me an invoice telling me I owe $340 when the young guy showed up for 10 minutes and did NOT unplugged the problem, seller of the property I bought paid $100 for them to flag the septic tank, was NOT flagged.

Ever since Bill retired and they keep sending out young inexperienced and incompetent workers their job performance has gone down the toilet. Their website says ""100% satisfaction garranteed"" Not so!

I booked an appointment for have a new RO water filter system. They missed the first appointment (didn't even call me to say they couldn't make it - I called them about it), they were 6 hours late for the reschedule (and misunderstood my request), and canceled the third appointment 30 minutes after they were supposed to arrive because I had asked them about their professionalism.

I like to use local businesses, and I expect a level of professionalism in clear communication. I waited 2 weeks, let them choose their reschedule time (3 times!) and I've got to find a new plumber... YMMV.

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE
(Please read)
Their youngest son, on my property, lied to my face. He wasn't even present when the work was done the previous day. Their other sons (with the beards) came out and did a great job, and they were paid. They also had to diagnose what was wrong with a part on water heater, and did. An expensive part had to be ordered, and I told them I would order it, and put it in. (simple)
Here's my conplaint. When they turned the water on and off at the shut off valve, it got damaged. Instead of telling me it should be replaced, they built up a hill of sand around it to hide the leak, and left it leaking overnight.
Like I wasnt gonna notice it.... There was a foot and a half ring of wet sand around it. wtf ? Their mother and father, the owners, yelled and argued about it over the phone (over such a simple little fix). My being a CSLB licensed builder.... I would have fixed it before I left, like a responsible businessman.
