I had a tenant move out mid July and after my inspection I reached out to my usual handyman. He let me know he was booked for the next couple months and he wouldn't be able to start the work till the end of September. He referred me to Miguel at US plumbing and I'm so thankful he did. Initially I got a quote for some plumbing concerns, however Miguel informed me that they did more than plumbing. He put a competitive quote together for a vanity, a few doors, and drywall/paint repairs. He was able to stay within my budget so I gave them the job, he knocked it all out In 3 days. thanks to US plumbing and their staff i was able to show and lease this rental within 5 days of vacancy. The service and communication of U.S plumbing was top notch. A project was done involving kitchen sink repairs, painting, installation and remodel of a bathroom along with various other tasks.
