He's replaced a tankless heater, connected an outdoor firepit, and done small repairs (often coming to the rescue on short notice). Highly recommend!

Ala Salman at US Plumbing is amazing. We live in the West Rancho Park area, and had our toilet, shower and tub all clogged (fun!). Ala picked up the phone right away and met us the same day. He quickly found the problem, explained everything as he did it and gave us suggestions afterward. Extremely professional, communicative and reasonably priced. I called on short notice as my garbage disposal unit was jammed and my toilet had an issue. Alan picked up straight away and came round an hour later. I was really pleased with his responsiveness. I have used Alan twice this year; once for faucet repair and once for a water heater replacement. Each time he answered my call right away and was able to come out that same day. Alan from US plumbing is very professional and friendly. He first came over to unclog the kitchen disposal, few weeks later he came to fix the water pressure in the apartment. He knows what he's doing and wears a mask which is a plus. Seems like he prefers cash or check payment. I'm glad he's flexible and finished the task even if I didn't have enough cash to pay him that day, he came a few days later to collect the payment. He also changed the water filter in the kitchen sink at no extra cost. Thanks to my neighbor who referred him to me!

I had a small plumbing issue - an unknown source leaking under the kitchen sink - and after ignoring it I finally decided to get help. I've had problems with consistency of plumbing services so was seeking a new outfit and came across US Plumbing reviews on Yelp. I also appreciated the cross-references to Nextdoor. I called and Alan was able to come out the next day. He was able to identify the mystery leak and fixed that as well as another previously ignored leak (yes, I'm seeing a pattern with my housing upkeep). He was pleasant (a huge +), responsible and fairly priced. He will be my call for my next plumbing need - and maybe with his number in my contacts I won't ignore the next leak!
