Alan from US plumbing is very professional and friendly. He first came over to unclog the kitchen disposal, few weeks later he came to fix the water pressure in the apartment. He knows what he's doing and wears a mask which is a plus. Seems like he prefers cash or check payment. I'm glad he's flexible and finished the task even if I didn't have enough cash to pay him that day, he came a few days later to collect the payment. He also changed the water filter in the kitchen sink at no extra cost. Thanks to my neighbor who referred him to me!

I had a small plumbing issue - an unknown source leaking under the kitchen sink - and after ignoring it I finally decided to get help. I've had problems with consistency of plumbing services so was seeking a new outfit and came across US Plumbing reviews on Yelp. I also appreciated the cross-references to Nextdoor. I called and Alan was able to come out the next day. He was able to identify the mystery leak and fixed that as well as another previously ignored leak (yes, I'm seeing a pattern with my housing upkeep). He was pleasant (a huge +), responsible and fairly priced. He will be my call for my next plumbing need - and maybe with his number in my contacts I won't ignore the next leak!

I had an emergency situation that affected the downstairs neighbor. It was a leak from my master bathroom and I had to fix it ASAP. Ala came in and discovered the issue. He did an enormous amount of work in 2 days. He did not take any breaks, made minimal noise, and cleaned everything after he was finished.
