I had an emergency situation that affected the downstairs neighbor. It was a leak from my master bathroom and I had to fix it ASAP. Ala came in and discovered the issue. He did an enormous amount of work in 2 days. He did not take any breaks, made minimal noise, and cleaned everything after he was finished. I was very impressed and please with the quality of his work and his professionalism. I highly recommend U.S. plumbing!

I needed a plumber to come on short notice for a very specific timeframe (due to a scheduled water turnoff that would affect multiple units in a building) during the holiday season in the midst of a pandemic. US Plumbing had recommendations on NextDoor, so I decided to see if they were available. Alan responded right away and was very accommodating. For contractors, I've found that good referrals are a lot more reliable than Yelp (I recognize the irony of writing that in a Yelp review).

Our general contractor did extensive remodeling of our backyard and damages several pipes with heavy machinery. It caused emergency flooding and we needed a plumber right away.

My wife asked for several referrals and saw Allen's name come up repeatedly. I called him and he was able to come over the same day, within a couple hours. He also needed to come over the next day to continue the work. He repaired all the pipes along with other issues that we needed help with. There was a ton of work and he worked very hard.

Overall, we were very happy with his quality of work, willingness to fix the problems immediately, and fair pricing. Very glad we were referred to Allen and now we have a go-to plumber!

We found Alan through Nextdoor. He was recommended by 3 different people so we knew he must be good. We had a few broken copper pipes in the backyard that was caused by our contractor. It took him two days to complete the job. He fixed a few more pipes for the sprinkler. Everything was nicely done. We're very happy with his service, and will call him again for any plumbing work.

We had a great experience with Allen. He did an amazing job replacing a broken bathroom sink. He worked hard and was very creative in placing a challenging sink that was not quite the right size. He pointed out a damaged condensation line and p trap that could have potentially been very damaging if it continued to leak. He was prompt and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Extremely Happy With Their Service!
Allen from U.S. Plumbing came out today to fix a clogged washing machine drainage line to the sewer system. He also caulked my leaking kitchen sink and changed a few washers in a dripping tap. Last night I set up the appointment for today and Allen showed up on time and spent a few hours fixing everything. So no more leaks and everything looks great. Allen's price was terrific and I am very happy with the results.
