I had an emergency situation that affected the downstairs neighbor. It was a leak from my master bathroom and I had to fix it ASAP. Ala came in and discovered the issue. He did an enormous amount of work in 2 days. He did not take any breaks, made minimal noise, and cleaned everything after he was finished. For contractors, I've found that good referrals are a lot more reliable than Yelp (I recognize the irony of writing that in a Yelp review).

Our general contractor did extensive remodeling of our backyard and damages several pipes with heavy machinery. It caused emergency flooding and we needed a plumber right away.

My wife asked for several referrals and saw Allen's name come up repeatedly. I called him and he was able to come over the same day, within a couple hours. He also needed to come over the next day to continue the work. He repaired all the pipes along with other issues that we needed help with. There was a ton of work and he worked very hard.

Overall, we were very happy with his quality of work, willingness to fix the problems immediately, and fair pricing. Very glad we were referred to Allen and now we have a go-to plumber!
